Wonderful place, a massive range of products. Good opening hours too!

Order was cancelled without any communication after 1 week of waiting despite the order being in stock. At least it has been refunded. Does not appear to actually be a functioning online store.

Very friendly shop has everything you need

My 1st visit to a gaming shop in the West Midlands after only buying online or from larger retail stores, and this store has the greatest community and service I have found in the UK.

The shop is filled with all types of figures and cards, old and new, Pokemon, Warhammer, One piece and more, all of which are sure to interest any collector. These products are all offered at fair prices that rival any of the bigger chain stores out there.

The owner is friendly, knowledgeable and very passionate about providing a space for his community and you can see from the customers playing, laughing and joking in a lively, welcoming atmosphere that he is succeeding!

Plus this shop also offers postage of products and help look for particular cards or sets for genuine collectors.

In an industry that is struggling due to the huge number of scalpers, I am so grateful to have found a shop and community of dedicated collectors to share my love for my hobby and buy the products I want at a good price!

Bit slow, but got my stuff, after inquiry. I am not sure who the fault lies with, so I would give them the benefit of the doubt.

Ordered an item that was shown as in stock. Did not have any communication from them, I sent an email to chase up the order. still not had any reply from them just a refund last night without
explanation.

I placed an order over a week ago online, expecting swift delivery as advertised on their website. I first contacted them because I wanted to talk about changing my order. No reply.

I then saw all the poor reviews about Battleground Gaming being a scam and not fulfilling online orders.

I have emailed several times and no reply. I have rung the number that is supposed to go to the shop many times and they never answer.

My order is sat pending and I cannot contact them to cancel it. I am afraid they have taken my money and I will have to escalate this matter to the bank.

If anyone from Battleground Gaming in Birmingham reads this; reach out and make things right with the customers who are waiting for their orders.

Similar experience to others, doesn't respond to emails. Eventually marks as shipped but then doesn't drop off at the Post Office for a week (Post Office is only 3 doors down from the shop).
After 27 days of waiting the game eventually arrived, internal box torn and crushed, again no response on email.
If local then buy in store but the online experience has been pretty terrible.

Great atmosphere and fully stocked with all things Warhammer, pokemon, MTG, etc. Loads of board games in stock too! Been to a few great events here!

Takes the money, doesn’t send items, doesn’t reply to correspondence - a scammer, pure and simple

Having to try and reclaim the money via my bank, which is not good for an expensive order.

Ordered a GW preorder, marked as dispatched last week with Royal Mail 48 and still marked as waiting to receive. No reply to email even though on social media are updating posts today and showcasing ordered product. Other reviews posted over last couple of days mirror my experience, absolute scam of a company

Battleground Gaming is an awful company and please avoid.

I placed an order on 18/12 for my son's xmas present. There was a banner saying the last day for xmas deliveries was 20/12 so well within this. I've emailed them a number of times and called and there's been no response.

Today is 24/12 and there is an email saying the item has been dispatched and using the Royal Mail tracking there are no updates. I paid £4.50 for the privilege of shipping. The company is a joke and I will be raising this with my credit card company. Please avoid and shop elsewhere. I now have a disappointed son.

Ordered a couple of minis and still waiting for them to be shipped after a week, I have emailed them, messaged them on Facebook and tried calling a few times to see when they would be shipped but no answer and left on read on Facebook, I wouldn't recommend, I am now going to have to get in touch with my bank for a refund. Won't be bothering with these again, avoid.

No communication a week after a large order, no response to emails/calls, now having to dispute the payment with my bank which will take months. Avoid at all costs

Battleground gaming is a quaint little shop filled to the brim with a treasure trove of things, from Warhammer to Fallout. I would highly recommend visiting this store.

Ordered a Warhammer box set and was sent an order confirmed email a month and a half later id heard nothing and they had ignored my emails regarding the order. Do not buy from them. Will take your money then ignore you and send nothing.

There is no customer service. I have tried for a week to call them and the line is constantly busy. I have sent several emails and for over a month there has been no response. Message has been sent even on instagram and no response. What do people have to do in order to get a hold of yourselves?
