Friendly staff, helpful and well informed about the products they sell. Will be visiting again

Very bad customer services, sent me some AT scenery, it took a week and when it did arrive the postage had been shorted by £3.50. No apology, no refund, denied responsibility and made no effort to make things better. Given a hundred other shops sell the same stuff at the same prices as they do - avoid these headache merchants and go elsewhere.

Ordered again and again amazing quick service, any questions answered with rapid response and super friendly, would seriously recommend.

Ordered some dice and accidentally set it as collect in store, held onto the items until I contacted them and got them posted.
Used again and will continue to do so in the future.

Really happy with the service, product and prices. I have been buying here for years and have never had a problem. Joe is great, knows his stuff and always bends over backwards to help.

I placed an order on 27 February 2021. Joe sent the wrong items, swiftly blaming his supplier for the mistake. He's spent over three months so far resisting refunding me. It is now 22 July 2021 and he still has not provided a full refund, going against his own word (as he promised before I returned the order), but more importantly, clearly breaching s.20(8) and (10) Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Not the sort of battleground I wanted, but yes, a battleground all the same, I suppose.

Took a chance on this buyer. Placed a pre order for an item. Item was received 4 WEEKS after pre order came into stock. Seller was still selling item as in stock on website but deliberately delayed the highly in demand item. Looks tampered with.

Superb store for either physical shopping or online purchases. Joe's been an absolute legend for everyone during the pandemic and frankly I can't advocate BGG enough. Probably the best hobby store in the UK.

Purchased a £60 mystery box n was super happy with the value inside. Went back a few weeks later to pick up some boosters n ended up buying two board games too. 😂

Absolutely faultless service, couldn't recommend higher. Well packaged items, Great Communication even when dealing with difficult request and to top it off competitive pricing will definitely be shopping with again.

No communication around why so I reached out to Joe - who told me I’d been flagged as a fraud risk and he’s had to cancel the order.

Any call to me or email would have easily proven I wasn’t a fraudster but this was too much to ask. Ended up with no communication although Joe claims he sent an email - there is nothing!

So essentially he had a nice £300 loan from me for 4 months before then deciding he didn’t want to fulfil order or even tell me about it. Incredibly disappointed.

Won’t be using BGUK again unfortunately. Not a great experience.

Great store that’s has a wide range of product! Definitely recommend paying the store and website a visit very friendly and I can tell the store owner is all about the hobby. So good to have a local store to me.
