Bava's Music City Reviews 

Ordered a keyboard cover for my Yamaha 88 key electric piano. Postage was $25 for an envelope-sized satchel at 85g. This which was almost as much as the cost of the cover. The cover didn’t match the product description and was about 10 cm too narrow. It simply would not fit. The decision was made to return the cover and seek a refund as it was incorrectly described and not fit for purpose.
After sending an email, three phone messages and assurances my calls would be addressed in how to best return the cover to the store, I received no replies or email response. I was finally told to send it back at my expense to which I declined. I’m not happy with Bava Music’s customer service in and I will not be buying anything from them again.

I wish all online transactions were as positive as the one I experienced with Nick and the crew at Bava's. From the outset, it was obvious that Nick was highly experienced in all things accordion, and really wanted the very best outcome for me (who knew nothing as I was buying a gift). His questions and suggestions yielded what was definitely the best option for me and my giftee. My purchase was prepared and shipped promptly and arrived interstate within a few days. Most impressive. Highly recommended!

So happy with my new guitar and the personal service from Joe. Was great to go to an actual shop for a change to enjoy some high quality old school service with a smile. 😊

I had a problem with an item that I had purchased. Nick personally sorted the problem and got me onto the proper equipment with great
assistance and prompt freight.

The beginner keyboard and stool are perfect for our 9 year old and 5 year old granddaughters! The clear note identifiers for the keys and keys that light up when pressed are very helpful in assisting beginners to quickly learn the notes and tunes.

The only difficulty is that the instructions that come with the keyboard are in a foreign language so it very difficult for beginners to work out how to use the keyboard effectively. There is also no indication anywhere as to the language in which it is written.

Required an audio system for an organisation I work in. Bava's were very fast, efficient, responsive and provided what was required within the urgent timelines specified. Very helpful installation staff and an extremely reactive and responsive agent based in store who facilitated the entire process seamlessly. Thank you Nick and Phil.

In my opinion, they are not a serious business. I received 2 really different communication in the same day: confirmation of refund because they didn’t have the product that they sold to me, and an email telling me that the product that I asked to be notified is back in stock.

Bought the Prosonus 1810c, was about $100 cheaper than the next lowest price, then ordered Tuesday 9:30am arrived in Melbourne next day at 7:45am! WOW!

Recently bought a digital piano and received bonus headphones. They were faulty and as soon as I let them know, they immediately sent new ones without any issues. Very happy with their customer service.

I purchased a Roland Juno DS88 and damper pedal from Bavas. I called and spoke with Nick, and placed my order over the phone. The service I received was exceptional. Bavas had the best price and also had the items in stock (and not just for back order). I also received a bonus carry case for the keyboard. I placed my order on Saturday afternoon and the items were delivered to Northern Rivers NSW on Wednesday morning. The freight cost was very reasonable. When my items arrived I realised I'd been sent the wrong sized case. I called Nick and he fixed the problem immediately. Bavas covered the cost of return postage and sent me the correct case at no charge to me. The replacement case arrived two days after it was shipped. Absolutely a 5-star experience all around. I would not hesitate to order from Bavas again and highly recommend them. Thanks, Nick, for your great service and easy transaction.

Fantastic service. I ordered through catch of the day and did not receive the item. Contacted catch, they did not help or disclose what had happened. I called Bava’s Music City directly and spoke to Nick, not only did he find the issue which wasn’t even the stores fault, he resolved it, sent out the keyboard which I recieved the next day, but he also upgraded the basic keyboard stand to a better quality stand at no extra cost. Highly recommend this store.

What a great experience when we purchased our 88key piano delivery was amazing 5days from placing our order and it was at our door from Sydney to Bendigo Vic. Thanks to Nick and staff fix a small problem with the bench seat that didn't arrive on the day , but one email to Bavas Music City the seat was delivered overnight to Bendigo . Great work from all the Staff in these trouble times (covid19) Thank you

Cannot fault their service. Nick was incredibly helpful with all aspects of the negotiations. Considering we were all in lockdown, the dispatch to delivery took only three days from Sydney to Adelaide.

Purchased a keyboard gave the number a call spoke to Nick and he was excellent with the purchase.
