Amazing seller/service. I wanted a custom Gameboy Advance. Now, I was very particular in what I wanted, and wanted specific details about components and functions, So I called them, and Baxtros were able to answer all my questions, and get the parts I wanted, all for a lowest of what I consider a fair price. My GBA was made promptly and I had the unit in my hand three days after ordering.

Got a new nintendo 64 and 4 controllers for a good price. A couple controllers were missed in the order and they promptly corrected the order and sent the missing ones. All but one were in great condition, which I wasn't expecting considering how cheap everything was. I'd shop there again!

I ordered a custom gba from Baxtros. It arrived promptly and exactly as described. Prices very reasonable aswell. Fantastic service. Very pleased. Thank you very much.

Bought a refurbished PSP that turned up faulty and in poor condition. I contacted them they were happy to send a replacement or refund after providing proof. Replacement unit was functional but not only in equally poor condition, but was also not factory reset and had been jailbroken (hacked operating system) which I was neither informed of nor desired and the battery had expanded to the point where the battery cover no longer fit correctly. On further use, one of the buttons was sticking so I opened it up and realised that it was not refurbished whatsoever. Had never been opened up, was full of lint, gunk and showed signs of liquid damage. I'm not bothering to chase this up with them as I will clean it up and remove the custom firmware myself, but I won't be dealing with them again. They're just flipping consoles they bought on the cheap.

zero stars really. One controller Left bumper unusable. second controller the battery case was only secured on one side. And these are supposedly A1. Save your money and buy from a reputable supplier instead.

Brought a GBA SP like new, really impressed by the quality and price for it was good. exactly as looked and described, great place to pick one up

Ordered a grade A original gameboy from them, have to say I am very happy with it. They did a very good job with refurbishing it, looks clean and yellowing very very minimal. Customer service was also prompt and friendly, for the price it is exactly what I was hoping for

Purchased a PS4 controller which was damaged and did not work properly, returned item, after all my troubles instead of a refund they tried to scammed me and said I've sent a fake controller back and it's not theirs, no refund but they're willing to send t.he controller back to me 😂, what a joke!! If you want that £40 so bad just take it. Worst company and customer service ever.

Please shop there if you want to be scammed or be clever and stay away!
