Very hard to apply no where near as easy as they make out on the videos and don't sit correctly was thoroughly disappointed 😒

Absolutely a waste of your money. They so not work. At all. They stay attached to the application tool every time. And if you force then on. They fall off immediately because their so heavy and uncomfortable. Do not buy.

Purchased in February, still haven't received.
On website it doesn't start they're pre order until you get to the payment section.

Asked twice for a refund. I feel the company is a scam and the reviews are all paid reviews.

im terrible at applying lashes, but these made me feel like I actually knew what I was doing. way easier than anything else i've tried. won't be going back to glue

I ordered my stock almost two months ago and I’m yet to receive my full order! I was told two weeks after I was supposed to receive my order that they had no stock and would it be ok to wait for the stock to arrive for fulfilment) I was happy to wait for the delay as I understand that these things happen sometimes and because I was excited to use these as they’ve been advertised everywhere as AMAZING, I can assure you they are not!!! The issue is that when I finally received what I thought was my full order I opened the package to find two simple kits missing (after waiting over a month for them to be delivered) and a broken applicator. I’ve been in constant contact with Janine and Aimee trying to follow up my missing stock and recently also advised of the additional issue with the broken applicator and as yet I have still not received an eta on my missing stock only to be advised that my “missing item” will be with me shortly, and once they’ve processed it as a new order I should get a tracking number and delivery eta, I have since reached out to clarify that I’m actually missing two kits not one along with next steps for the faulty stock received and as yet have not received my stock nor any resolution. The longer I wait for the missing items the more issues with this company and the stock they sell, seems to be arising

Edit - it is now the 21/2/25 and I still have not received any updates on my order or missing stock! I have been in constant contact with your customer service team to no avail! If I could give zero stars I would! Just based on the customer service experience alone - I can’t review the product properly as I haven’t even received it yet - absolutely no accountability or desire to help rectify an issue caused by your company

Update edit - it is now the 7th of March and I am STILL yet to receive my stock and no response or resolution when trying to escalate the issue - 👏🏻

I'm very sorry to be this person, but i thought the lashes would be awesome. That is certainly what your website and social media suggests. They look easy to put on, and flawless when being worn. I have also been told that you can barely feel them, that they are comfortable, but in reality, they irritated my eyes, they pulled out multiple chunks of my natural eyelashes, I can see the magnets easily, and i struggled to put them on every single time i tried to apply them (i was trying for 2 hours because i really thought that i could make them look good). I am sure that they work for some people and that they look decent. I was so excited for this product as a big fake eyelash user. i dont care what the other reviews say. DO NOT BUY THESE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY.

I honestly had no idea that magnetic lashes existed until I was one of baybellas ad and its honestly been one the best purchases I've made this year. Regular strip lashes get annoying to put on, these are so much more convenient.

I work as a tourist guide so I spend a lot of time outside (it can get windy too) and trust me when I say that these have never ever fallen off. I've had the same pair now for almost 6 months and they still look so amazing!

I have never been able to wear false lashes for long periods of time because the glue just irritates the hell out of my eyes. These have changed everything for me and now I can wear falsies everyday.

Absolutely horrible, the lashes don’t even click on your lashes correctly. The one end don’t stay in your natural lashes and the applicator is absolutely horrible as well. Don’t fall for their ads

Don’t trust their fake ads, these are the WORST false lashes I’ve ever tried.

They arrived with a shattered case, are difficult to put on and they’re so uncomfortable and scratchy when on. They’re made of some thick plastic material (not soft and fluffy) and are quite rigid so don’t really form to your eye shape either.

Horrible.. one lash came apart on first application... send 4 emails to company for refund/replacement and not a single reply. Even attached pictures to show the defect.... nothing. $56 down the drain.

I really want to stress that everyone SHOULD NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company. They are SCAMMERS. I finally received my money back, after disputing the charge with my bank. It was an absolute nightmare to deal with! Do not purchase magnetic lashes from here, they send you crap quality lashes and also won't honour the money back guarantee as they trap you into believing.

I’ve sent BAYBELLA so many emails. Even chat to the website but no reply. Eyelashes applicator is faulty. So think twice before placing an order as they are too hard to contact.
