Zero Hassle Preorder, Delivered When They Said
I hadn't used this company before, but they had a pre-order of a kamado stand I wanted. The site stated that the estimated delivery timeframe was mid April, this point had just passed so I dropped them an email to see if there was an update, they responded promptly with a more accurate timeframe of when they expected the items to arrive with them, and to be dispatched to me. I took delivery of the stand exactly in the exact timeframe they advised. Good comms, can't fault.
