I tried to have a belt sent as a gift to my grandson, who doesn't live with me. There was not any place to ship the product to other than the billing address. I tried to call and got no answer. The email address on the website does not have an @ sign. The company texted me to double-check on the product's sizing so I could text the request to send the gift to my grandson's address. I received an email asking for a picture ID and proof that I lived at the alternate shipping address. I do not live with my grandson, nor does he live with me. I ended up calling and speaking with Emily, who said they will not ship to an address other than the billing address due to fraud. I asked to speak to a supervisor and there was no one else to speak with. This policy is inflexible and paints every customer as a potential criminal trying to steal from them.

I ordered a belt I fallowed their sizing introductions how ever when I got the belt it was ridiculously small I tried contacting them to get it exchanged to the right size they would not answer their phone or respond to my emails. Finally after like 25 attempts they answered and they charged an extra 50 dollars to return it I had to pay for shipping all over again I now ordered a 4 sizes bigger than their recommended size and when I got the belt is still ridiculously small I believe they just sent me the same back because would not even fit around my waist. So now I’m 300+ dollars out with a belt that won’t even fit.

I don't know about other people but for my belt - Trojan red, I ordered on April 15th 2022 got reached out on April 18th about order confirmation, and same-day got shipping details. Currently, shipping will reach at 25th April. I think People forget to pay import duties that's why everyone is so upset. After you receive the shipping number check your email and it will tell you about how much import duties need to be paid, it is around $103 as for Canada. "Do not buy if you cant spend $500CAD on just belt." otherwise 5 stars from me great fast service
Took 2 month but worth it
It took nearly 2 month to come but it worth it, despite that the service is really cool they asked me if size was alright (it’s wasn’t) so I could change it, another bad point, I live in Belgium and they asked me 75€ for customs charges, I wasn’t informed
Zero service post-sale
I ordered a belt in late November. Had a few exchanges with Customer Service about sizing, then confirmed size by email. I received the belt the first week of January and it is 3 sizes too small and NOT what we agreed to by phone and email. I've emailed 4 times and called 3 times to try to arrange for an exchange...No reply, no answer and no way to leave a message.... What's happening ??? Are they on vacation or shut down?? Their website doesn't advise on any issues other than longer shipping delays due to covid.
