Hi Saghar,
We are really very sorry that at the time of writing this review you still had not received your goods. Having tracked your order and can see that it has eventually been delivered. We would like to apologise on the behalf of Royal Mail who have seriously let us all down. Your order, placed on Saturday 30/12/2017 was despatched the next working day, because of the New Year Bank Holiday this was Tuesday 2nd January and should have been delivered to you on the 3rd or 4th of January. We can see from the tracking https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/JW302122668GB that you parcel has been sitting in the Glasgow sorting office since the 4th January. This is unacceptable and we will take this up with Royal Mail and would respectfully ask that should you have contact with Royal Mail in your area that you do the same. We are really very sorry, however we are sure that you can understand that unforeseen circumstances have caused this unacceptable delay. Had you contacted us earlier it would have given us an opportunity to try and resolve the issue, we could have set up an enquiry and sent you a duplicate.
We are delighted to see that your parcel has now been delivered.

Of the very many parcels that we despatch across the UK using Royal Mail , which we offer free to all of our customers, we do rarely see delays.

Dear Mrs Montgomery, thank you for your order. We are sorry that you were disappointed with the packaging that you received. We do try to make it as clear as possible on the website how goods will be despatched and as stated on the website sale items and items being despatched via a First Class postal Service, so that a signature is not required and the goods can be dropped thorough a letterbox, are sent with a PANDORA black fabric pouch and not a box. There is the facility for customers to add a note at checkout that they would like a box. Many customers do not require boxes as these items are for themselves and this way we eliminate the need for sending unwanted, packaging thereby saving unnecessary waste and keeping postage costs, which we offer free to all customers, to a minimum. In future if you would like a box we are happy to send one for you, please just add a note in the 'Additional information' field at check out and we will include on for you.
