Really unsure about this.
I've never won anything and I've entered a lot of the competitions.
Makes me wonder if the whole thing is legitimate or just an easy money making scheme.
I'd love to hear from genuine winners.

Won a choice between Samsung TV or 500£, chose the money, was surprised how fast the money was in my account, no more than 3 hours,👏 I'll definitely be purchasing more tickets!!!

Despite the fact that they are legally obliged to accept free postal entries so that the don't have to apply for a licence for each raffle, they continue to ignore valid postal entries received. This is obviously strategic. Several other reviewers here have flagged the same issue. No customer service, no email responses.

UPDATE: they reply 18 months later to say they'll improve their response times! The irony of it!

Love bear competitions so easy to use and I won a 75inch tv first time I played. So easy to deal with got a phone call decided to take the cash value instead and had the money the following day. Highly recommend

Brilliant! Bought 3 tickets in an instant win draw after a friend won a prize and I ended up winning £1000! Got an email straight away followed by a phone call. Money was in my account within 48 hours. Highly recommended!

Inexisting customer service.
Very hard to check your tickets and see if you've won.
Nobody answered my emails or instagram messages.
You should add a way of checking one's tickets without going through them all or waiting for an e-mail to prevent technical mistakes.

I rate Bear Competitions 5* as their website is straight forward, competitive ticket prices & most of all the prizes are fantastic. I purchased a ticket and won an amazing prize instantly. I didn’t check my emails until i got the phone call from bear competitions and I couldn’t believe that I had won. Thanks to everyone at Bear Competitions😁

Iv been lucky enough to win twice in the last year!! Bear was in contact straight away. Loads different competitions to suit everyone and a decent amount of numbers for draws.

Have been a customer years. The latest competition was false advertising.
“1700 INSTANT WINNERS – £250,000 PRIZES – £10,000 END DRAW”
Only a fraction of prizes were actually won. You have to check through each prize to see if your name is against it. Last time buying from Bear.
