Poor customer service
I ordered a perfume as a gift, and it arrived on time. However, the box was dirty and slightly torn, making it completely unsuitable to give as a present. I contacted Beauty Scent as soon as I opened the package. I was kept on hold for 43 minutes and eventually had to hang up the phone. I tried again on another day and waited for 30 minutes without getting through.
I then used their messaging service, where I was asked to send photographs of the damaged box, which I did. I received an email saying someone would get back to me, but two weeks later, despite following up, I am still awaiting a response. Their customer service is appalling.

Avoid - fraudulent listing of items
It has now been 4 days since I have been chasing Beauty Scent to either send me the correct item or a refund. I managed to get through to their customer services line on one occasion (on other occasions was on hold for hours and no response!) and was told that they do not hold the item advertised and they are not sure why it is listed on their website - I paid £60 for this and instead they sent me a “travel kit” worth £37!! Absolutely shocking and clearly fraudulent advertising. This was a Christmas present and since I am travelling in a couple of days, I feel stuck with the situation. Please be aware - I will certainly not be using this company again.

The products arrived but are dirty and marked. I purchased these for a gift. I've been on hold, so far, for over 2 hours today trying to get through to talk to someone to get the gifts returned ir replaced.
