Prompt service, quick delivery of order. Good high quality products…..find it quite difficult in choosing makeup colours ie lipsticks etc because unlike beauty counters you can’t test before you buy.

No response to any messages
I have been trying to cancel my membership since August and no response to any of my messages or emails, I have contacted them 4 times. Payment was taken for the years subscription without prior notification and I requested a refund and cancellation with-in the 14 day time frame, but that time has passed now! The products weren’t great either. It’s very poor customer service to totally ignore 4 messages/emails.

For the second time in a few months my…
For the second time in a few months my order has gone missing with Evri. It used to be fast delivery with Royal Mail, now you have to allow at least a week ( if it doesn’t go missing ). On top of that BP does nothing to compensate you for the hassle or length of time it takes to get another order sent out.I also found out recently that BP are having a sale event at a well known retail outlet (BV) As a member you have to pay £60 a year, but sale events are now being held with no need for membership?? I am losing enthusiasm for BP

Great product, appalling communication
Beauty Pie's products are excellent and their packaging is equally good, but their communication channels are appallingly poor. If you make a mistake with an order, there is no way to correct it before the automated shipping system kicks in. The bots are about as helpful as ice in a blizzard and there appear to be no humans anywhere. We're told to wait up to 7 days for a response. Huh? Is this a case of too big, too important?
