I was disappointed with this mascara as it makes my eyelashes droop rather than lifting and holding a curl. I was hoping for a more lengthening and lifting effect, but unfortunately, it didn’t give me the results I wanted.

I love that your company gives back
I love that your company gives back! One thing I'd love to see is real-time online guidance, like a live chat with a beauty advisor. They could recommend a product line based on my skin type, put together a few makeup products that work well together, and give tips on how to use and layer them. That kind of support would make shopping so much easier and more personal.

Upset/Disappointed/non-existant customer service
My gripe is with the absolutely abysmal customer services. I am nearly a week in from making a complaint and have yet to interact with anything other than AI.
I am still no further forward and my upset and disappointment and utter disbelief that a company of Beauty Pie’s standing seems to think this is ok.
Come on Beauty Pie this is your opportunity to rectify this situation and go some way to restore my faith in you.

My order was missing an item
My order was missing an item. I reached out to Beauty Pie straightaway hoping they will send me the item , but only received an automated AI response. I was asked to provide details including order number and address, only to receive an AI response saying it does not recognise my details even though I included screenshot of my order confirmation. So I requested to be contacted by an actual person. It has been 8 days and the only email I received is asking me to rate their service. I cancelled previously for the same issues: unreliable delivery, missing items, and lack of customer service support. I rejoined again with high hopes, only to be dismissed again. I love the products but your customer service approach is telling me you don't care about your members. All I need is a genuine reply telling me whether I will be refunded , or that my item will be sent as it should have been.
