Charge almost twice for the item
I really do not understand how this company have so many good reviews. I have used them 3 times, for packs of cigarettes because i didn't realise there was an alternative delivery option for tobacco, I've thankfully now found one
They charge almost twice the cost. I was charged £24.80 for one pack! when it was £12.75 to buy.
They then add £3.50 plus further charges and promised delivery in way less than an hour. I waited 2 hrs on one occasion and over an hour for the other 2. It maybe just tobacco products or even alcohol where they almost double the price, but I'm sorry this shouldn't be allowed. I am disabled and struggle to get to my front door, so it's wrong to me, very wrong.
They charged £24.80 for 1 pack of cigs, plus service fee 99p, small order surcharge £1.00, distance fee £1.99, PLUS delivery fee £3.50! Plus a £1.00 tip from me which i wanted to give.
So I paid £33.28 for one pack! I have retained a screenshot of their bill but cannot add it here. They are taking the mick with all these hidden charges and are NOT honest about delivery times.i hope my review stays and helps others, as to me this really seems unfair. I've added 1 order no and 1 date as cannot add more.
Please just be aware of the costs and hidden charges when placing an order.

We understand your frustration at some of our prices.
We charge more than shop prices to cover the costs of operating Beelivery 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This includes the cost of our Customer Service team and all the people who help keep our app and website up and running.
We also pay our drivers a fee for driving to the store hand-picking your items, then delivering your shopping to your door.
We do check supermarket prices on a daily basis, so if they reduce their prices, so do we, so that we stay as competitive as possible.
We understand your frustration at having to pay additional fees but please let us explain why these are added at checkout.
We add a service charge to all deliveries to help cover the cost of our Customer Service team and all the people who help keep our app up and running 24 hours a day.
The distance/time of day fee is a small extra fee to add to our drivers pay for delivering to customers, either in the early hours of the morning or to out-of-town locations, to bring you your essential items.
For orders under £25, we add a small surcharge, but this can be avoided by adding another item to your basket.
All our fees are visible at check-out, so there are no hidden costs.

Absolute shit show
Absolute shit show, drivers accept orders and never appear. AVOID AVOID AVOID, I unfortunately didn't learn the 1st time this company let me down. Update still a 1 star rating but order did eventually arrive obviously later than stated

Avoid at all costs I ordered last week delivery was expected between 19:15 and 19:50 after numerous attempts to contact customer services who said there was an issue with the driver and they would get back to me with a new estimated time they didn’t. I actually got my delivery at 21:30 absolutely extortionate price for delivery for such poor service.

Shocking! Placed an order with an expected delivery time of 30 mins. After 2 hours a driver had still not been allocated. You are 'encouraged' to leave a tip for drivers (which we did) to make your delivery more attractive for them to accept! Never again.

Delivery so Late. Not happy!
Really not happy with the service provided. Second time I’ve ordered, had a £7.50 voucher and wanted to use it up. Ordered at 8:30pm and still waiting for 3 items at 11pm at night. Why does it take so long. The only thing it can be good for is if you want alcohol after shops have closed, even that takes time! I will never used them again. Even offered a tip £1 extra as I thought they may accept my order faster. Joke. This company needs to sort out its delivery times. 😠
