Do not ever trust this company. Absolutely appalled by their behavior.
I ordered a blast chiller back in July and they took over £4,000 upfront. It is now months later, and the equipment has never been delivered.
Despite making countless requests for an update or a full refund, they have completely ignored every single communication. They have gone completely silent while holding a massive amount of my money. This is an entirely untrustworthy company—save your business the stress and financial loss, and buy elsewhere.

I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM. We ordered a £5,000 vacuum packing machine over 8 weeks ago. It never arrived and there is no way to get in contact with them. We are now completely out of pocket and having to try to retrieve our money through the bank. It is daylight robbery. DO NOT USE!

Should have been next day delivery. Has been 4 days and zero communication, no idea when product is arriving. Can't speak to anyone one the phone. Only a chatbot online.

Easy to use website and very good prices

I bought chairs through them. They then didn't send them. When I chased them after a week they said they were out of stock and would take another 3 weeks to arrive. I had ordered them from them because they said they were in stock. They were not the best price but they were in stock. When I said I wasn't interested in having them in 21 days, they said they would issue a refund. We've now gone over the UK statutory maximum for a refund and I've heard nothing back from them nor received any money.

Avoid.

Con artists. They hide behind deliberately evasive warranty terms and present ridiculous procedural barriers to hide behind.

A broken pedal bin needed an engineers report on company note paper. When the nature nature of issue was pointed out (with photographs) - response was warranty was parts & labour.

When told a removable lid WAS a part and no longer possible to be used for the purpose designed, was advised that a failed weld after 6 months is classed as "wear & tear" for substandard Chinese rubbish and excluded from warranty.

Hope this bunchs will be wound up soon.

Shopping was easy and the price was fair, hopefully delivery is within the 48 hours stated.

We been loyal customers for many years and used this company for all of our business .
This time we been left disappointed…
We ordered many items ( chilled counter / display fridge / commercial sink / commercial table / chopping boards / oven / pie warmer etc …
No next day delivery at all and every item been delivered one by one .. means I had to travel to the business everyday … no exact time either so spent a day there .
A whole pallet been missing and they claimed I have revived it . I been lucky and the delivery company scanned it back to the warehouse ( instead of two pallets they have delivered one only ) . If they don’t scan it back or say , yes they have it this company would just have ignored me .
Finally received everything ( took two weeks ) so on my next day off I started to build the kitchen equipments . First box was my sink which turned out to be rusty !!! Now guess the answer after my email ? We don’t see rust on the picture and anyway you supposed to check everything on delivery and refuse if it’s damaged . Which delivery company had the time for you to open the parcel and build it ? None….
Don’t recommend this company anymore at all !

SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Defective item, returned as per their T&C's was redelivered and left with neighbour.

92 days waiting, dont respond, will not issue refund.

£100 out of pocket and unusable shelf with no brackets.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

I ordered 3 under counter refrigerators, only one arrived. I emailed the company to find out what happened as you cannot phone them. Without any response one more was sent out. a week later. The spent the following two weeks, emailing, writing on their online chat bot and no response whatsoever. I have never dealt with such a despicable company that does not take any accountability for what they are doing. I will never buy from them again.

Item arrived damaged offered a £5 refund or replacement. Said I wanted a replacement they sent a DHL shipment number for replacement which says delivered to me 6 days ago. Their chat on site says to contact DHL. DHL has no record of that delivery to my postcode. Contacted them again via email and chat no replies. Not able to speak to anyone! Shocking company with shocking customer service!!!

Delivery was quick and simple, and free, and we have a great product
