needed a freezer thermometer that I could trust, while I paid more than available on 'shopping sites', I can already 'see' this is more realistic.....the only reason it is not a 5 star review is I have not got the product yet. Getting this far was simple and clear, well done!

Sadly this has been my worse buying experience of any company ever! Simply awful and non existent customer support and absolutely no way of contacting them by phone.
Took two months to get a refund after they failed to deliver my purchase and only then after having to dispute the payment through my bank.
If you are a gambler, you have better odds of winning the lottery than having a hassle free purchase experience here.

ordered and paid £2600 for a modular cold room in Aug 26, after several attempts to contact, the response was extremely slow, with a repeated message there is a 3/4 week delay each time.

Unable to discuss over the phone is very poor customer service.
I requested a refund on the 05th Oct and still waiting for this 20 days later

no service whatsoever, i requested them to call back as a guest trying to get in touch to track an order was placed. i've waited over 2 days already and still nothing. change your bloody company name to next year catering!!
