After ordering a workbench it arrived with several bent and damaged parts, scratches and chips. I didn’t have time to send it back or get a replacement so excepted a £25 compensation that frankly felt insulting from the pictures I sent them. Less than two weeks after building it the draw runner completely failed spewing ball bearings all over the place. At this point I’d had it and wanted to return it only to have all my e-mails ignored! I sent photos and video evidence of what had happened but received no reply to several messages. This company couldn’t care less and only wants your money. Don’t bother, go elsewhere!

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, verging on criminal

Ordered a freezer unit which promised ‘Next Day’ delivery and free unpacking.

It didn’t turn up next day, or any time the next week. Tried to get it touch for an update as it was urgent. Well, the online chat bot doesn’t recognise the order number and is unable to give updates. The phone number directs you to an answering machine and tells you to use the bot. The email address is useless - nobody responds for days. The dispatch page of their website doesn’t update. In effect, they took the £££ and ran with no way to get it touch. This was incredibly stressful as we were on a tight deadline.

Contacted them multiple times about a refund. Eventually, weeks later, get told it will appear within 14 Days via email. Guess what? It doesn’t. Had to chase them through a chargeback to get things moving.

In short, absolute scam merchants with zero ethics who are only interested in taking and holding your money. Additionally, the majority of the positive reviews on here are clearly made up and farmed, just look at the names and pattern of the wording.

I’ve since shopped at some of the more reputable merchants in this industry - might be a touch more expensive but worth every penny for their professionalism.

Please avoid this company like the plague.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We ordered a cabinet from this them, it arrived about two weeks later completely damaged. We tried to get hold of them through the email and online chat as they have no phone number.
We had a response once but as soon as they realized we had a damaged product all communicated stopped and we haven't heard a thing from them.
I strongly advise do not use them.

Their website advertises next day delivery if ordered by a certain time. We placed the order as suggested, however the item failed to arrive. After speaking with various so called customer service reps via chat, we were told 1-4 days. Still no delivery. We then got an email address and they confirmed delivery would definitely be with us by Monday. No delivery. After speaking with a very rude Advisor (P), he/she said delivery would be tomorrow (Wednesday). They would not give their real name. They said the delivery would be coming directly from the supplier (who they wouldn't give the number of), and did not have a tracking number. This is an unprofessional company that needs to send its staff on customer service training, especially Advisor (P).

First time ordering and found it really easy to browse the website, lots of variety and an easy checkout, with the added bonus of discount codes readily provided at checkout too

Easy to use, and navigate. Was easy to sign up. My only recommendation would be to maybe put a link to the correct lids to the associated pots, as I found I have to keep doing back and forth to make sure it was the correct one

Promised 24 hour delivery missed by days. Zero response to emails. Paid for unpack service, courier refused. Told to not sign until unpacked but courier insisted I sign before unpacking. Dreadful company to do business with. Avoid!

The company was recommended to us and it was simple to place an order.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. I paid for an item that never arrived, and trying to contact this company has been an absolute nightmare. It's practically impossible to get hold of anyone, and there's no proper customer service to help resolve the issue.

Taking someone's money and then failing to deliver their order, while making it nearly impossible for them to get a response, is completely unacceptable. Customers shouldn't have to chase a company just to receive something they've already paid for.

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I would never buy from this company again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering. Save yourself the stress and shop somewhere else.

Awful customer service.
I ordered some crockery 29th September - only had one notification to date saying being processed. Due to disbanded telephone line I have email three times without any response. I eventually got through on the chat - again no help at all. Just kept saying order is being processed and said if any further help was required then email customer service! I asked if I could be contacted - of course they can’t do that.

Needed a fridge as my old one died. On the products ordering screen it clearly said “In Stock - delivery next day if ordered before 2.30pm”. DO NOT believe this! It even stated on my invoice that it was 24 hour delivery.

Asked for a refund after 2 days as the item was still being ‘processed’ to be told there would be a 5% cancellation fee, what a scam!

Ordered another Fridge from a more reliable company that I should have ordered with in the first place. You live and learn I guess.
