I havent received and cant find information on delivery i have emailed to ask but no respondse please respond it said 5 days for delivery and im still waiting !!!

Wont be using this company again, zero customer service skills, thats if you are lucky enough (or unlucky) to get through that is as there is never anyone available to respond to emails, online chat or phone calls.

Quick enough delivery but the packaging is horrible. Individual kegs in giant boxes each filled with foam chips to get rid of. Two bin bags full. They are not taken by kerbside recycling and they take up too much space in the wheelie bin. A.competing supplier of blade kegs ships two kegs in an overall purpose made cardboard box that provides protection without the need for any foam chips.

Very poor service. Tried to cancel an order and asked for a refund. No response to e-mails, phone calls not answered. Had to refer to credit card company to try and obtain a refund.

Be aware, any negative comments posted on their social media sites they delete and block that person from posting in future.

This makes you wonder how many more negative experiences there are out there.

As you can see from my post earlier this year, they can do things right, but for some reason the service lately has been appalling, taking your order and money but not delivering the goods

Terrible service which is a shame as it was good before. Order for 4 kegs only 3 arrived with no delivery note. No response from 4 emails and 3 telephone calls and been waiting now for a month. DPD say only 1 parcel sent and box was not big enough for 4 kegs so Beershark only shipped 3.

I ordered two kegs for the Blade on Friday evening and they arrived yesterday morning, earlier than expected.

Fantastic service again with LOADS of text and e-mail updates!!

Far speedier delivery than Beerwulf.
