Ordered 2 days ago, was supposed to be in stock and hasn’t even left the warehouse yet.
I guess it’s Brexit and HGV drivers. That’s what everyone else uses as an excuse.

As a returning customer to Beershark I always look forward to receiving the kegs which are well packaged and delivered by a true gentleman

I have had no response on my emails and nobody ever answered the phone

I did not receive the blade I ordered. I e phoned, emailed, to no response whatever. Terrible customer service, absolute waste of £450!

Bought and paid for a machine in July with the promise it would be delivered by September, it has never turned up and the don’t answer their emails or their telephone, I have been calling more than 10 times a day 😡😡😡😡😡

Tried to call 10 times cant get through. Placed an order 4 days ago and no upate. Chatbot not putting me through. Whats going on have they ceased trading?

Delivery date for my Order came and went and still no goods or response from Beershark !!!!
No reply to emails/messages/voicemails.
Customer care line - rings - then switch's to engaged tone, all day long
Very frustrating that Beershark want to take your money then don't deliver or even have the common courtesy to speak to you, or reply to emails?? Its called CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS !!!

No communication they don't answer to emails/phone calls and I haven't received my order, and the only email I get is asking for a review.....absolute joke!!

ordered and paid for a blade machine bundle. Delivery date came and went. I tried to contact them through email, phone, live chat, Facebook (they deleted my comments and blocked me from commenting). I also went to their office but got nowhere there either. Eventually I phoned my bank and filed a debit dispute where I got my £500 refunded. It’s the only advice I could give anyone having the same problem. Absolute joke of a company.

Ordered and paid for item now cancelling it as I've read all of the below. However now they have my.money they won't answer. So I'm going to my credit card company to get the money back. Buyer beware. Avoid.

Don’t order with this company, pre ordered an item In July for delivery in September have sent numerous emails and tried using the live chat and ringing them no answer and no replies, I fear my money is now lost. The customer service is non existing

I recently ordered I paid for next day delivery, I order around 10.30am on the Thursday so I would receive on the Friday. I didn't receive it I tried phoning numerous times and couldn't get through as soon as I pressed and option there was no ring then it hung up. So I then spoke to the bot so I could speak to human and I didn't get any response. So lastly I connected them through e-mail I am still waiting for a reply. As I told them to cancel the order then all of a sudden it was giving delivered the Saturday. I wasn't in I was away that weekend was left outside even though I wasn't there no ID and also I didn't want to the package. For all the hassle I wouldn't order again from here

I had a problem with my Blade machine which they promptly sorted but on return the same problem returned but now I am unable to contact by email phone or live chat, shocking customer service
