Belle Fever has been hands down the BEST customer experience EVER. The personal interaction/care was outstanding- blew my mind from the moment I made the purchase...it shocked me. The quality of my sister in laws gift was more than I could ever imagine. Infact, I feel that the price I paid was under the quality of the necklace. I absolutely endorse Bellefever and want to thank the whole team for being EXCELLENT. I will definitely be buying more products to be shipped all the way to Toronto again! I usually do not write reviews but this was worth my time!

The most beautiful gift I could ever have bought. I bought my partner a photo dog tag with a picture of his late dad. Seeing his face when he opened it was amazing. The detail in the photo was perfect. Came in a little pouch and information on how to care for the chain. Very impressed. I am definitely buying again.

I ordered 3 necklaces
I ordered 3 necklaces, 1 for myself and 1 (each) for 2 very special friends, we all lost our mom's in 2019. The necklaces arrived quickly and they are absolutely beautiful! Angle in my Heart Necklace
I placed an order for 2 Angle in my heart necklaces, they took just over 3weeks to arrive, which was a fantastic effort for the Belle Forever team. I received my purchase yesterday 5th Jan 2021.I must say they are beautiful. We lost our father in February 2020, our mother in June 1994, I thought that the necklaces were perfect for my 2 sisters.
They are now in the hands of my 2 sisters, who were very overwhelmed by them.
Belle Forever were fantastic and very helpful. I was that impressed, I have now placed an order for my daughter, which is a family tree necklace.

I bought the ashes urn necklace for my mum to put my dads ashes in and from start to finish the customer services was above and beyond. I looked at other companies and the quality wasn’t a touch on belle fever and the prices were ridiculous! My mum absolutely loves it and the craftsmanship is amazing. Excellent service, I bought 2 necklaces for my daughters they are beautiful and excellent quality, presentation excellent. They got here a little late but understandable due to Christmas period and covid but the team stayed in touch with updates , would definitely recommend them .

I ordered my product on the 25th…
I ordered my product on the 25th October, for a birthday present on the 17th December, it is now the 21st of December and it has only just arrived! Totally ruined the birthday idea. Not 100% pleased with the product, it looks cheap. Only good thing about the process was when the staff bothered to reply to my messages, they we’re very pleasant.

I am so sorry to hear of your concerns, as this is not the typical experience we want any of our customers to have at Belle Fever.
We do apologise for the time that it took to create your design and as you have mentioned, we are there to always communicate with our customers of the progress of their orders. With the handcrafted nature of our designs, at times we may experience delays with some components for the handcrafting process especially during this current climate where we are faced with logistics delays.
I also note your concerns with your design and would like to let you know that we do have a 100% Love It Guarantee. We have not had any contact from you in regards to concerns about the design received and so we are reaching out to you to get an understanding and assist you with your concerns.
Our designs are all handcrafted from scratch at our Australian workshop, as we are a small family business. This does add to the normal time for logistics along with delays faced due to the pandemic and border closures to arrive in the UK.
We apologise that your gift was missed for your friend's birthday and tried all we could to not leave you empty-handed which is why we offered you a temporary Gift and Greeting Card to share with your friend on that day to do all that we could.
I have sent you a message and would truly appreciate your reply so we can get some details and assist you with your concerns. Once again I apologise for this delay as we always want to ensure that our customers have a wonderful experience with us here at Belle Fever and hope that we can turn this around for you. Thank you.

Received my order so much quicker than I expected. Your customer service is absolutely amazing when I was panicking about my delivery not arriving on time.
My mum who received the engraved necklace absolutely loved it and so do I. The detail is absolutely phenomenal. Will definitely be a returning customer.
