In the process of chasing a refund, initial sales experience all went well until an issue with the car cropped up after the purchase. Their mechanic has admitted several times the issue was there at sale. They’ve had the car over a month and are still unable to fix the issue. Communication has all but stopped and the only correspondence I now get is through the finance company.

Was on the lookout for a decent second hand car had to be automatic and capable of pulling my touring caravan seen a mondo at belle view on line but was a bit reluctant to chase it up because it was 150 miles from one but I’m so glad I did Simon who dealt with me sent a walk round video of it and talked me through its description it was everything he said it was and more as far as I’m concered no fancy or pressure sales patter they have a large selection of cars of all makes and prices to suit all budgets Arrington in mind the one I purchased was 10 years old but doesn’t look nor drive like it the preparation was first class and sold to me with a fresh mot and service and a 3 month warranty on a 10 year car what’s not to like even though it’s an old car I was still treated as if I had bought a car from them at triple the price would thourely recommend this company for your next car thanks again Simon unfortunately I’m a coffin dodger and this will probably be my next car but if I was in the market for another I would not hesitate to use yous again and I will recommend yourself to friends and family if only to get that 50 quid you promised me 🤪

I was supposed to be purchasing Maserati Ghibli from this company. My finance company paid them the money, everything was all sorted, until I told them, once I callect the car I wanted to get an AA inspection done on the vehicle because they wouldnt allow me to have it inspected on there premises, as it is alot of money and I want to make sure the car is in good working order. BUT they now refuse to give me the car, which they are selling it for a 3rd party, (which they neglected to mentionbefore hand), and the 3dr party does not want an AA inspection done on the car which says to me and the finance company and every one I have spoken to, (THAT IS VERY SUSPICIOUS), it is now gonna take me weeks to sort out with the finance company, clearly this company has got something to hide if they don’t want an AA inspection done on a vehicles they are selling.
I would never buy for this for this company again and I advise other people the same.
