I had misplaced my head cover for my trusty loft putter, unfortunately you cannot buy these seperately but Murray at Ben Sayers took a look in teh warehouse for me, even sent me a link to ebay where I could get one.
Then, like magic he messaged me today out of the blue to say he had found one and would post it to me!
People are often quick to criticise and complain, but I prefer to give credit and huge thanks when its due - and it certainly is.

Superb service
My Ben Sayers electric trolley (G5212) had an intermittent fault where it kept cutting out within a few holes. I contacted your company through your enquiry form. I received a response from Rob Frampton; warranty manager within minutes who advised me that I needed to replace the battery leads, battery power unit and battery. I can confirm that the replacement parts arrived within two days. I am pleased to say my trolley is back to normal. I would highly recommend seeking advice from this company if you any problems with your golf trolley. Happy golf days have returned!

Ben Sayer’s Customer Service
I contacted BenSayers about a problem with the front wheel on my electric golf trolley and received an immediate reply suggesting what I needed to rectify the situation. I ordered the part which arrived promptly but after fitting it the problem still remained so I contacted the company again who immediately responded suggesting that I probably needed a replacement wheel. They also agreed to provide me with a replacement as gesture of goodwill and shipped it to me the same day. The service I have received from Ben Sayers has been excellent and I would thoroughly recommend them to everyone.
Had a problem with my golf trolley…
Had a problem with my golf trolley which I bought a few years ago, contacted them to get advice and was given first class help. After receiving some parts which I fitted and didn’t manage to solve the problem the company sent a carrier to uplift it and transport it to their HQ where they fixed it and returned it to me in good working order. The Warranty Manager, Rob Frampton was a standout in relation to this and I can’t speak highly enough and thank him enough for all his help. Brilliant customer service.

Had a battery problem after 2 years of using my electric trolly. The guys in customer service couldn't have been more helpful. Replaced the battery with no fuss.
Ripped off
Bought a set of golf clubs and bag but not delivered. Sent three emails and none of them replied to. Wouldn’t touch this company again with a barge pole
36 Hole battery only last for 13 holes!!
I bought a Ben Sayers Electric Golf Trolley in May 2023, so not quite 2 years old yet. Unfortunately, at the end of last season and at the start of this one, the battery is only lasting around 12 or 13 holes. The original product was sold as a 36 hole range product. I asked Ben Sayers for a replacement and they simply said "it's out of warranty and that you can buy a new one from Ben Sayers". The cost of a replacement battery is £99. Apart from poor customer service and lack of brand management, I suggest that anyone thinking of buying one of these, DO NOT BUY ONE!!
Lithium Trolley faults October 2023 to October 2024October
Bought the Lithium golf trolley and trolley bag last year about this time.
Note.
1st day. Tightened all nuts and bolts as one fell out. Found none had been tightened to any torque value.
The pull material on the on the bag either fell off or disintegrated within one week.
The top and bottom bag holders pulling material broke within one week.
Note this is minor faults caused by using cheap material and poor quality control.
More serious.
Within the first month the "shear pin" on the axle left side fell out. I replaced the pin.
Even more serious
Within the first two months the speed control device started shorting out when set at 0 or when switched off. I removed the speed control and removed the back plate screws and dismantled. I found that the nut holding the speed control knob was slack causing it to short. I tightened the nut and replaced the control knob. I also cut the cable tie shorter as it was interfering with pcb.
Within the first month. Battery Connection spinning when locating and tightening battery cable. I glued this in position so it would not move.
Now all working.
This is now my second Ben Sayers Trolley and it is now fit for purpose.
However the faults I fixed on my current trolley were the same faults I had with my previous trolley.
Quality Control is obviously lacking or non existent in the manufacture of your golf trolleys. This saddens me because it is a sturdy easy to use trolley. Bigger shear pins properly located would be better.
Replacement club
Needed to replace the putter in my son’s junior set after he lost it.
Contacted the firm (contact was Murray) who said that they don’t usually sell the clubs from junior sets separately as replacements but would see what they could do for me.
Murray came back and said that they had some spare putters and could get one sent out to me.
Meant a huge deal to my son who was gutted about losing his putter.
Murray could quite easily just said they couldn’t help but he went the extra mile. His communication was prompt and he sorted it all out inside 2 days for us. When it comes to replacing the clubs when my son grows out of them this experience will certainly put Ben Sayers at the top of my list to look at because of a good customer service experience. Thanks Murray 👊🏻
Clutch failure
One side of my trolley had a clutch failure, although only just over a year old. I did not have the receipt, but Luke sent me a replacement the4 next day.
It should not fail after just 12 months, but the after service was excellent and resolved the issue.

I bought my Ben Sayers electric golf trolley last July 2023. Three weeks ago one of the tires came off the wheel. I put it back on but now both tires have expanded and do not fit the wheels. I contacted Ben Sayers by email and they said they would replace the tires with the production of the receipt. I could not locate the receipt so I asked about replacement tires which come in at almost 30 pound sterling. I was going to buy the tires but what if this deterioration happens again. Rubber tires should not expand beyond the diameter of the wheels. I would ask if anyone else has had this problem

Customer service at its best
I recently had an issue with a new trolley I bought and I was dealing with the brand manager for Ben Sayers. To say Murray couldn’t do enough would be an understatement. Murray answered my emails the same day, followed up on everything he promised and even mailed me out of hours. Murray you a credit to your company and Brand.this gave me great confidence in the brand and the people involved. At the end of the day it’s nice to deal with nice people who know their job. Keep up the great work.

Do not buy this trolley
Do not buy this trolley, bought it for my grandson totally useless.
The trolley is so unreliable. battery lasted just over 12 months and now unable to use it. Waste of good money.
Now carrying until he has the money to buy a different make.

I would highly recommend this company. The after sales is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. I bought a new remote control for my Ben Sayers remote control electric trolley. I stupidly left the batteries in over the winter when I wasn't using it. I bought a new remote and didn't know how to 'pair' it to the trolley. I contacted the company and Luke kindly got back to me immediately with the instructions. Excellent after sales service.
