It was a straight forward process to get the job booked in by Lewis . Was kept updated with the arrival of Mariano who cleaned the gutters and was shown photos of before and afterwards . All in all a good job would use again and

Punctual. Cleaner was polite, hardworking and cheerful. He completed the job well, it was hard because the gutters and soffits had not been cleaned for many years.

Very efficient and effective gutter cleaning. The operative was polite, and did a very thorough job. There was no mess afterwards, and we'll probably use them in future every time we need the gutters cleaning out.

Having dealt with Ben’s Gutters in the past, I contacted them to obtain a quote for their standard gutter cleaning. The quote was acceptable and they arranged for the work to be undertaken the following morning. Their cleaner, Carl, arrived on time and did a first class job in clearing the considerable amount of debris from both gutters. After completion of the work, Carl tidied up the area. From start to finish, everything ran smoothly and I have no hesitation in recommending Ben’s Gutters.

Five stars for Peter who has visited my house twice to clean the guttering. Very satisfied with his work and his approach to the customer both times.

However, I have had issues with the “hard sell” approach to return visits and the way my concerns were dealt with by the three people I spoke to on the phone yesterday.

Sadly I will not be using the company again.

Climbed to the top of the gutters and made sure they were clear as well as the downpipes. Efficient, courteous and effective.

Mariano arrives ontime as planned, he was polite and friendly. Gutters promptly cleaned and was careful not to make any mess (no side access to back of house, so have to go through house). Explained work completed and answered any questions. Would use again.

The operative was courteous and quick. Even took some photos of damage he found on the roof to show us, and fixed a bracket. Would easily recommend the whole service
