Ben's Gutters Ltd Reviews

Quick response to enquiry and work was carried out not long after. All work was completed in a professional manner and we were provided with photo's showing work carried out. Price was very reasonable given work needed.

Really great service from start to finish. Quick and easy to book, the price was reasonable. Alistair was a star - arrived on time and went above and beyond in the pouring rain. Would definitely recommend.

I was able to easily book a prompt appointment for a small gutter clearing job. Communication about timing of the job on the day was excellent.
Callum arrived on time. He was very polite and respectful. He did not rush the job which turned out to have a couple of unexpected complications.

Not only did Iven arrive early and get the job done quickly and efficiently, he was also friendly and helped investigate my leak when it was clear it wasn't coming from the gutters and then advised on the best course of action to take once the source was identified on how to deal with it myself.

Ease of booking. Professional way the gutters were cleaned. Prompt attendance for the cleaning. The gutter operative was very knowledgeable, explained everything and showed photos of the work done and was easy to talk to.

Excellent friendly service. Easy to book and immediate price for the work required. Nikolai arrived within the alloted timeslot and did a great job clearing out the guttering and reconnecting loose joints. I was impressed that he showed me the before and after video of the gutter. It definately needed cleaning. I would use Ben's Gutters again.

Regular user of this company . Making appointments are easy with text advising when they are in the area. Kept up to date with Appointment date and time , which was kept.Price has remained same for last three visits. Gary Dalrymple was the Engineer sent to Carry out the job , was excellent and took before and after photos on his phone which he showed me prior to leaving site . Credit to Bens Gutters 10 out of 10

The cleaner arrived on time, was friendly and courteous and very quickly removed about a ton of sycamore seeds from my gutters, front and back, which would surely have blocked the downpipes and cause a waterfall during the next storm. I received an early reminder from Ben’s and was able to book and pay very easily. Worth every penny to prevent the water cascading down from blocked gutters.

The cleaners arrived ahead of the scheduled time: they were swift and efficient in their work and left no mess to clear up afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company.

Booking was simple, and Gary came out and cleaned the gutters efficiently and professionally. Cleaned up after, and gave a report on the state of them. Would use again.

Efficient, pleasant and thorough a very good job well done

Simon was very efficient and cleared the blockage in my down pipe quicker than I expected. Considering the length of journey to my house and the total hours he had already worked he was remarkably cheerful.

I might have used them if they did not persist in contacting me. I barred them from phoning me number now they messaging me.
