Great customer service and great care when delivering the bed to my home! Very friendly and inviting staff in the shop too.

Fantastic products at a decent price. Going instore (Ashford) Kaylee was super helpful and non-pressured and helped us with our purchase. Absolutely terrific and spent considerable time running through the options. Build a single duvet base single mattress on bedside cabinet which were delivered on time professionally and without fuss clearing away all rubbish so recommended to all.

We came in looking for a zip link bed thinking that was the best option, but Wendy was very helpful and when you discovered why we wanted this type of bed, she then told us about the Tempu mattress, which was the ideal/better solution.

Very pleased with our new bed and full size storage underneath. Very smooth operation to raise and lower the bed with remote control and also Manuel buttons on the side.

Tom at Bensons for Beds Ashford was absolutely incredible at helping us from start to finish of our bed buying experience. We had a bit of a rough journey as we ordered a larger bed in the hope of being in our new house, when the sale fell through Tom was so understanding and helpful. We then finally got our new bed delivered to our existing house and it was too big to get up the stairs! So we went back to Tom who was brilliant and sorted us out with a smaller option of bed, added some extra pillows and we still received a refund! Couldn't fault him, he was amazing. The bed itself is stunning and just what we wanted, we have a tv bed and the surround sound system is second to none, my husband is very fussy when it comes to a decent sound system and he is very impressed!
