Very helpful staff that was able to meet our requirements

Jocelyn helped me choose a single bed for a 5 year old. She made it so much easier for me to decide as she explained the difference between the beds/mattresses I was looking at. There was no pressure to buy but her knowledge helped me find the right bed/ mattress combination. I would certainly recommend Bensons Ayr, straightforward from start to finish. A great store, I would have no hesitation in returning.

Store staff (Eric) very patient & helpful when I said what I needed from a bed. No problem when I needed to change delivery date.

Delivery bang on time, courteous men had bed up & packing cleared in record time. Took time to go through info re using storage etc.

The sales lady who assisted us in choosing our mattress was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Everything about the mattress options was clearly explained. Information provided about insurance and delivery was clear.

The men who were delivering and assembling my new bed were very friendly and professional. They had built the bed in no time at all.

Rhiannon was such a great help in the Ayr store when we went in to purchase bunk beds for my grandaughter. There was never any pressure to buy and she was very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to make a purchase from Bensons for beds. The delivery men were also a great help, they arrived when they said they would and called me half an hour before delivery which is a great. I'll definitely be back in the future.

The sales lady Jocelyn was very helpful & knowledgeable in all aspects of different types of mattresses & height of the beds & was able to advise my wife who has had a stroke on which type of mattress & height needed. She also gave us her name & number to call if we had any problems. This lady definitely went above & beyond to help us. Even the delivery guys were lovely & very helpful & built the bed in what seemed a few mins woukd have taken me an hour. I definitely would recommend.
