Everything they said would happen, happened and that followed excellent advice and customer service from the minute I walked into the store to the delivery. One of the best companies I have done business with for some time.

The Barnsley staff - Salesperson Angie & Manager Carol were absolutely amazing … we ‘bought them’ before we bought our bed. Angie was so knowledgable, patient and professional. She listened to us & gave such a personalised professional service that is so often lacking these days when people ‘sell to a script’. The level of face to face interaction was exceptional & when Carol became involved as Manager her decisiveness & common-sense in her convictions to make decisions which were right for customer & company was a breath of fresh air. We could have shopped around further … but the level of service & the quality of product & value meant the deal was done there & then .. & we will definitely be recommending these 2 exceptional ladies to our family & friends. A credit to Bensons .. a job superbly done. Thank You!!

Over all it was good. Staff were helpful and there were messages of progress. Delivery men were nice and polite. They put the bed where I wanted.

My only issue was the packaging was filthy. Not just a little dusty but I ran my hand on it and it was black.

This new bed was light coloured and the packaging was left on a brand new cream carpet

The staff were fantastic delivery brilliant. The bed is lovely however the wardrobes are not worth the money.
We have spent a lot of money and not happy with the wardrobe, the glass on the wardrobe doors is flimsy I would hate to think this is in a childs room. Need to do better

The prices were reasonable for the quality. Everything was explained about the delivery plus a useful information sheet which also contained a contact number in case we wanted to change the date of delivery.

Made buying a bed easy,staff very professional in what they do,delivered on time again very professionally really pleasant guys. Just wish I'd paid to have it made up.

Good customer service

Angie made us welcome at the Barnsley branch and went in great detail through the range of beds suitable for our needs. We made a choice and ordered the bed on the 1st June, with delivery scheduled for the 18th June. We were informed as to the progress of the order between order and delivery dates, and provided with a schedule time for delivery. The delivery men arrived within the time slot, removed the old mattress and installed the new one in the bedroom with the minimum of fuss and I have to say a fair bit of effort. They took the old mattress away and removed all the packaging. In all a good job well done.
