Jay at the Beckton branch was fantastic! I found my dream bed and mattress with him on the 27th June. It was difficult to find my dream bed in the delivery time we needed but Jay managed to do that for us. He was so accommodating, professional and very knowledgable.

Thank you Jay! You deserve a lot of recognition.

We had a fantastic experience at Bensons for Beds (Beckton) thanks to Cheriene. She was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and patient throughout the whole process. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and gave us plenty of time to think before making a purchase.
At no point did we feel pressured, and her guidance really helped us make the right decision. Excellent customer service from start to finish — thank you, Cheriene!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Jayanth at Bensons for Beds. The service he provided was truly outstanding from start to finish. Jayanth was extremely welcoming, professional, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us make the right choice rather than simply making a sale. He took the time to understand our needs, explained everything clearly, answered every question with great knowledge, and guided us through all the options without any pressure.

What really stood out was his positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and confident with our decision. Excellent customer service like this is rare and makes a huge difference. Jayanth made our experience enjoyable and stress-free, and he is a real credit to the team. Thank you for providing such exceptional service.

At the Beckton store, the staff were friendly. The service we received from Sharice, in particular, really made the experience easier. She approached us to check if we had any queries and provided additional information. She was very helpful and answered all our questions. The order process was very smooth, she explained all the details and options.
