Great service. Delivery guys were great in keeping us informed about when they would be delivering and really fast when they got here.

Great service and knowledgeable young lady named Kyan helped us to make the decision to buy the bed that suited our needs.

We ordered our mattress after our previous 10yr old brought from Benson 1 needed replacing. Same size, same firm rating. The 1 we chose based on trying it out in the shop. I have had major chest an stomache surgery so we were careful to chose. The delivery team were unable to get the mattress up the stairs, we went back to the shop for advice, they said it was the delivery teams fault, the delivery team were lovely, and we had no complaint with them which we told them. Shop said they would redeliver it with a different team. 2 weeks later, they couldnt get it up the stairs. We have a normal semi, but the mattress kept getting stuck. So back to the shop we went again. They said we would have to have a zip an link, I was very very opposed to it an said what if we just chose another mattress, a thinner one, nope they said a zip an link is the same, all my objections were brushed aside, no they didnt have one to show us that we could lay on. No we didnt need different comfort settings. So with massive misgivings we paid an additional £370 pounds, of which our later received invoice that made no sense said we owed £166?? .This mattress was the last purchase to complete our totally overhauled redecorated an revamped 6 metre x 4 metre bedroom, so the size of mattress was no issue. This zip an link confirms all my worst fears as being correct, plus its like a block of concrete nothing like the one we tried in the shop, yes I know display ones soften, so we cant sleep on it , we tried the 1st night, now Im aware that beds settle, get softer blah blah blah. Ive never had a mattress that hurts my body and is so hard im swallowing pain kilkers because its so hard it hurts. So now were sleeping on the sofa counting down the 5 days till we can go an pay another load of money to exchange it, im anxious an worried you wont allow me to exchange this zip an link back to the superking mattress we originally ordered alibet a different one. This was a big purchase and the whole experience has been terrible, im left sleeping on the sofa. Not that weve been able to sleep in the bed for a night but yes we covered it with a newly purchased from Bensons mattress cover. So im praying we can exchange this and I

can go back to sleeping in my bed.

The whole process has been excellent. Choosing, ordering, finance, information about delivery, and the delivery and build itself. No issues at all. And the bed is fabulous!

A good experience from start to finish. At the showroom then delivery and assembly and removal of old bed. Good communication throughout.

Had plenty of time to try out various beds Salesman very helpful. Just a couple of things I was not happy with.After spending a considerable amount to purchase the bed I had to pay for delivery.Had to pay further £50 to dispose of the matress + £50 to dispose of the bed then told by delivery driver they wanted more to take the headboard. I think thats all a bit mean considering the amount I spent.
