Just like to commend the team at your Blackpool store for good service. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the lady who served me but I did commend her to her manageress. On entry to the store I was approached by the assistant in mention who give me a brief, very polite and succinct way in which the sales team operates and it was everything I needed, and on that basis it sold me the bed. Non of my further questions were any trouble to address. On that basis you sold me a bed. 🙂

It was a pleasure to deal with Bensons to buy a matress. Lots of helpful advice. Tommy at the Blackpool store was very patient and helpful and gave the time we needed to make the best choice and find good value. If only every retail experience were as good as this. Thank you very much.

Absolutely Disgraceful Service on Delivery, when we purchased the bed we asked if they would assemble the bed and was told that the drivers would deliver the bed to the the upstairs bedroom and assemble the bed which was important as we are both pensioners when they delivered it first of all they wanted to leave it in the hallway and when we told them that we needed it taking upstairs and assembling they did take the bed upstairs but point blank refused to assemble the bed we tried to ring the store but it wasn't open until 10am so he then rang the head office and informed them that we wanted the bed assembled and we was willing to pay, head office then advised them both to assemble the bed but the driver point blank refused saying they only have a 15min slot per delivery they then just left without a signature.
We then rang customers services and there answer in short was ask a relative or Friend to assemble the bed and when i asked who had signed for receipt of the bed they went away to check and informed me that they had taken pictures in our bedroom without our permission and the driver signed the delivery note themselves how can this be classed as good service it is not acceptable that anybody can walk in your home and start taking pictures without your permission and surely the driver should note be allowed to sign for the goods so be aware when ordering a bed from Bensons that they are not what you would expect from such an established company

Good extensive product range. Experienced and knowledgeable sales staff who were patient and polite. Made sure we got the exact mattress for our needs. Very good prices and easy payment choices

Kevin was simply the best, listened to what kind of mattress we required for our needs. Explained deliver times and what would happen on the day.

I was greeted by customer advisor Julie. Julie was very friendly and very knowledgeable answering my questions. I felt welcome and comfortable with her. To say I was not intending to purchase a bed at the time she helped me to understand the difference in mattresses and I left the store happy making a purchase. P M

Nice quick and easy process. Wasn’t pressured at any point and they was completely transparent. I think the lady that served me was Called Julie, couldn’t fault her in the slightest she was helpful the whole way through.

Adele was brilliant asked what we were looking for and showed us everything that fit our needs.

Really helpful and informative about the products. Kevin was good at keeping us in the know with current offers on in the store as we didn’t buy straight away.

When we went to look at beds the lady who looked after us was outstanding. He knowledge and advice was very welcome. She wasn't overly pushy which always puts us off

From my initial interaction with Julie I knew had come to the right place. Julie was helpful, knowledgeable, polite and interested. I left with all my details feeling extremely satisfied.
A few days later I went back to the store and met Adele (manageress). Adele was wearing a lanyard that had 20 years + on it. I had a smashing conversation with Adele about the company and how long service is acknowledged and common, obviously a great place to work. Maybe the Head Office should look at the Sunday Times 100 Best Places to Work.
My order was placed and all the relevant information passed to me.
A great experience and I am looking forward to my new mattress.

Staff helpful without being too pushy

Kevin in store was extremely helpful and understanding in assisting us choose the right mattress that suited our needs. His knowledge of the products available made our selection much easier based on quality and budget availability.
