The gentleman was brilliant he wasn't overbearing. He listened to what we wanted and to the fact we were originally just looking. He was at hand at any point when we had questions but was not.hovering. extremely polite and greeted us the moment we walked into the store. We originally left to have lunch and have a chat about what we wanted and he was not pushy whatsoever that we hadn't made a decision and wished us a nice day. We came back after about an hour and he was just as polite as before. He gave us all of the information possible. He was upbeat and positive throughout. Everything was done swiftly and gave us all of our options to do with collection or delivery with the relevant prices. Everything was clear and accommodating for us! Tim is an amazing asset to the team at bensons for beds! We couldn't have asked for better service!

Great friendly staff from start of chooseing mattress to delivery everyone was great made it less stressfull all staff listen to ur needs

Staff were very knowledgeable and helped us decide which bed would be best without pushing the most expensive.

Choosing item and delivery on the day - fine. What was not good was that the original delivery date was not honoured, was told on the day that it was not loaded onto van, then told it was not available for four weeks, then told it would be delivered Friday (after I threatened to cancel order).

Service and delivery were excellent

From sales to delivery a professional service. If all retail companies in GB were like Bensons for Beds the BBC watchdog program would have nothing to report. Would recommend company from the sales people at Freeport Braintree branch to the delivery drivers gave exceptional service.

I would really encourage people to avoid dealing with this outfit and to take your business elsewhere, if you ever want to actually receive the products you purchased.

We spent £4.5k in early January, beds to be delivered in mid Feb. Here we are early March and still no delivery, received text this week saying all on track to arrive next week and now, sorry the beds won't actually be ready until April 8th!!!

No explanation, no phone call, no context, no compensation, no nothing. Just heads up your beds will now be delivered 3 months after you've paid and 2 months after they were supposed to show up. MAYBE.

I have zero faith and reallly suggest people avoid this headache for themselves. Shameful delivery of service.

I went to buy a quality mattress and because of time constraints and pricing it wasn't straight forward however Ben at Braintree took care of everything nothing was too much trouble and perseverance on his part got a result. Ben was very knowledgeable about all the products and so polite and courteous which I find a rarity these days so a big thankyou again Ben.

The staff at Bensons in Braintree were very helpful, efficient and friendly. Everything was explained to us in an understandable manner. All went well in terms of the ordering process.

Hamzen in your Braintree store was very helpful and not at all pushy He helped us make our decision and informed us of the financial packages.

We were served by the amazing Angela, she was so lovely and helpful when helping us find the right mattress for us! The best customer service I’ve ever received!

The store sales lady was lovely and helpful. No problem from that experience but on day of delivery the delivery drivers lost control of my mattress coming down the stairs and smashed into my glass display cabinet which had years of Royal Doulton and crystal, I know accident happen and they very apologetic but called the customer services and they had the insult to offer £100 compensation!!! They also ruined the plug socket was smashed to pieces. I will be taking this further. The moral of the story is the stores staff and also delivery drivers were lovely, the customer service is without terrible!!!!

Great friendly customer service from Angela. Everything was explained in simple terms to help us find the mattress we were looking for.

Ben was great - he is very knowledgeable in terms of mattresses and the products on offer, made us feel very welcome and I look forward to receiving my new bed and mattress!

The man helping me choose the mattress gave me enough information to make a selection, stood back to let me try , being available if l needed additional information.
