The store experience was good, knowledged staff with empathy & understanding our needs. Delivery was first class - kept advised with call as promised 30mins before arrival. Efficient and careful removal of old mattress and placing of new.

Our new king-size divan bed was delivered exactly at the time and date we were given. Two very cheery chaps set up the bed for us and removed all packaging - the whole delivery was done within 3 to 4 minutes. Excellent service

Sharon was very helpful and informative without being at all pushy which we appreciated. She guided us through the process, explaining the various deals we were interested in and enabled us to find a bed we were happy with at a price we could afford.

Sharon (the manager) Julie who was from the cribbs store but covering at the time in imperial park) I nearly decided to buy a bed at dreams as it was on par to the one at bensons and but cheaper but because of the service I received from Julie at first I decided to go back to bensons. So basically customer service can help a customer decide overall more so than the product it self. Julie is a credit to the company. Also the aftersales bit was also good Gill was very lovely and helpful from customer services and Lewis at imperial park helped me too. Nothing was a bother nice bloke. Sharon sorted the delivery as I kept changing the date and she was on it even though they were busy. The delivery guys were lovely (I didnt take there names) one was from Birmingham and one Cheltenham but used to live in the area im in. Very lovely blokes and polite 😊 I would highly recommend bensons from this experience

The delivery lads beavered away in awful hot weather. They were very polite. The bed is lovely. I'm very pleased.

We were actually served by a new recruit who was pleasant and friendly. The manager discreetly supplied further information and indicated the probable bed I would need. All satisfactory. Thank you it is too soon to comment on delivery or comfort!

We were not jumped on in store ,and were allowed to try out the beds first then the guy came over ,very straight forward purchase of the mattress,the delivery was on time and very quick and no mess .

Chloe at benson for beds brislington is fantastic ! Super knowledgeable, completely understood what we needed and wasted no time finding us the perfect bed . Kept us within the budget we needed but was honest about quality and durability. She even helped us take it to our vehicle.
