Helpfull and friendly
We are given time to look around and try the beds we though was best suited to our needs.
The sales person joe was very helpfull with questions and answers he bought pillows to help make our choice .can't fault his help and expertise we'll done joe.

New Bed
Was left to have a browse before being approached which is much better than being pounced upon as soon as you walk in. Everything was explained by Gary the salesperson from mattress info to the type of bed I was purchasing. Didn't feel pressured at all great experience !

Two cancelled delivery times with…
Two cancelled delivery times with little notice (two days off work) and when bed was finally delivered it was damaged. Customer service was abysmal. Yes I was offered a goodwill payment of £80 for my inconvenience but I lost far more due to lost work days. Would have given 0 stars if I could.
