I had a fantastic experience with Benson at Beds Cambridge. The store manager was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience relaxed and straightforward.

What really stood out was how much they genuinely take care of their customers. The level of care, attention, and personal service was exceptional, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is a real priority for the team.

It’s such a shame that the Cambridge store is closing down, especially when you experience this kind of excellent customer service. The store manager is a real credit to the store, and I’m sure many customers will miss the team.

I would highly recommend Benson and the Beds Cambridge team to anyone. Excellent service, genuine care, and a fantastic customer experience from start to finish.

Store Manager Monju is brilliant. He is very professional, knowledgeable, kind and friendly, and someone you can genuinely trust. He truly cares about his customers and always goes above and beyond to make sure they are well looked after. Excellent customer service from a fantastic manager.

My husband and I are in our eighties and haven't bought a bed in years. We didn't know how things have moved on and we found your Cambridge store so helpful and patient in their dealings with us. Kieran went out of his way to explain different mattresses etc. and even delivered a bedside table, no longer deliverable under house rules.

We visited on Monday 10th August 2026 and were greeted by Rinsha. She was excellent. Her product knowledge was brilliant and although she couldn’t provide us with the bed base we had originally decided on on line , due to there not being any in the size we wanted, she offered alternatives and we found a suitable replacement. The next day I needed to change a couple of bits on the order and again she was very professional and sorted it all out with ease. Overall a great experience. Thank you Rinsha.

Monju at benson for beds at Cambridge was very approachable. He help me and my partner find the best mattress texture thats suits our needs which made the process of us choosing a bed very excited and easy. And once we had chosen a bed the overall paperwork and payments he made sure fit our monthly expenses which was very handy with having 3 kids.

Parisa sold me a bed and managed to add maters protection and cleaning pack too. She was very helpful and showed me a lot of different choices but also let me choose freely what I wanted. The bed has not been delivered yet

I had very welcoming customer experience when I came to visit the store. There was a lot of information to take in when considering the best choice of mattress, much to my surprise however the Cambridge store manager made it easier for me to follow through with my choice of purchase. On the day of delivery the team were very professional and courteous and fortunately didn't need to reschedule any plans to fit around it. so far finding the mattress to be very comfortable.

Monju at the Cambridge store was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He went through various options to suit the slightly unusual set up I required. We didn't feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. I was also very impressed that the manufacturing is in England, without being exorbitantly priced. Delivery time is in two weeks, so let's hope the rest of the team are as professional as Monju.

I don’t often give or write reviews but today I’m delighted and happy to do so.
I was so impressed with my overall experience when visiting the “Bensons For Beds Cambridge store “that I want to share this with other people considering buying a mattress.
Nothing was too much trouble and my wife and I were treated like V.I.P.S ……Paris the sales lady was friendly and professional and so helpful that making a choice from all the stock available was easy to do with her extensive knowledge personally tailored to our individual requirements.
The Manager of this wonderful store then gave us a very good discount that I believe could not be beaten by any other retailer in the area so we were delighted and thanked everyone for helping both of us to purchase the right product for future relaxing nights sleeps.
I recommend this store in Cambridge so go and see the manager and friendly staff so they can do their magic with you too ………5 stars ***** from me and my wife .

The store manager Mr Monju Ali was a brilliant salesman. He was very helpful, friendly and courteous. He puts the customer first and understands the needs of the customer. We had a really good experience during the recent shopping trip to Bensons, Cambridge.

From ordering my beds in store to delivery, everything went very smoothly. Bensons staff were very informative and kept me in the loop regularly. The delivery team, Charlie and Eric, were outstanding and very efficient. Overall very pleased with my new beds and sleeping soundly.

Monju was great from the first phone call I made to enquire about beds to the final decision on which one to buy. Very passionate and knowledgeable about his job and he remembered me when we visited again to place the order.
