Benson for beds were fantastic all the way through my order i won’t go anywhere else to buy a bed.and i thoroughly Recommend them also my delivery went without a hitch.my new bed was Ready to sleepin by bed time oh what a pleasure.

So pleased with the service I got from the pontefract store at Freeport’s he showed me everything , I was put on the bed to feel the difference between the soft to the extra firm . I bought the mattress in my price range and the service 10/10

Excellent experience throughout. Helpful and attentive store staff (Castleford Junction 32), people on phones were very good as we rang to delay delivery, the two men that delivered and built the bed were really efficient and polite. A five-star experience all round, would recommend Bensons to everyone!

Went to a different Bensons store & was a different experience. We were spoken to as & when we needed not chased around the store. Keiran offered to show us the bed that helps tell which mattress you need, we wasn't offered this in another store. We had a great shopping experince & quite surprised at how quick delivery could be made

From the moment we went into the store at Glasshoughton Jim gave us 5star customer service to advising us on the best bed for us and pillows. The communication and follow up on the delivery date time etc was perfect all went according to plan and Nick and Steven were a credit to your company even helped me out my pictures back up on my staircase that were taken down to get the mattress upstairs thank you everyone I will recommend you to my friends and family 🏅🏅🏅

From the first time we entered Bensons for beds in Freeport the staff Steve and Kieran were friendly and helpful, allowing us to wander assessing our choices before we sought their advice and knowledge, We then left to consider and returned the week later. It was Kieran we saw this time who was very helpful and we chose the divan we wanted. The delivery was on schedule and having been informed regularly of the orders status, two drivers delivered on the exact time and day, they were Jamie and Steven and again went out of their way to be friendly and careful in our home. All in all doesn't get much better than this in this day and age where customer service is lacking or non existent, thank you Bensons

From our first experience Steve at the Castleford store was brilliant. Helped us in every way. The whole experience was so easy. The quality of the mattress is outstanding and the bed itself is first class.

The staff in the shop were knowledgeable and informative, we were not rushed into a purchase but given time to select the mattress we wanted. Delivery was delayed by manufacturing problems but we were kept informed and a new delivery date given an stuck to. Delivery staff contacted me to tell me a delivery time. And they delivered into the bedroom as requested. Spot on team
