We only wanted a mattress and there was a huge selection in store to look at and different price ranges. Salesman wasn’t pushy and let us sort out what we wanted and was there for questions if we needed him. Delivery on the date and time agreed.

Angela was very helpful and patient, and explained everything we needed to understand very clearly. She gave clear directions in the store and also opened the door to us when we came out of the lift. Her courtesy was exceptional and a rare experience. She is an asset to Benson's. Although we do not live in the area and could have gone to a local branch to transact, because of Angela we went back to the store to complete the purchase.

The salesperson Adam made it a very pleasant experience. We were in the store about 2 hours and nothing was to much trouble for him.

Assistant asked if I needed help. Which was a good start. I said exactly what I was looking for. He showed me all the options including your own brand goods which were exactly what I needed for a spare guest room. Gave me all the finance options and a delivery date. He could not have been more helpful. He also gave me the name of your tradesman about installing wardrobes which was helpful. In and out within 30 mins.

After visiting our Chelmsford branch of Bensons, we managed to buy the perfect mattress complete with pillows! This was due to the superior knowledge, patience and professionalism of our salesperson “Deni”. Seek her out when you visit!!

Very experienced sales person who knew exactly what we wanted and at no point did we feel under pressure to buy -we were give lots of options and found our perfect mattress!

Denislava was helpful and infomatitive. Order was well handled. Only downside is that invoice documentaion mentioned written guarentee will be provided. None is actually given. E-mailed left out 2 items of order on confimation e-mail. Both required me to phone up to check. Please resolve these issues . Hopefully order will arrive in accordance with order.

The lady at Chelmer Village that served my elderly parents with an electric bed was an absolute star! So helpful and caring, she took her time explaining and demonstrating the beds to them, I visited the previous day and saw the same lady as I was researching beds for my parents prior to taking them to purchase she was just as helpful then, she is a real asset to your company.
