Excellent customer service from Dave who gave us loads of advice which we were looking for and good knowledge of all types of beds and mattresses and headboards.

The staff were very helpful
The staff were very helpful. I got to test different mattress firmness on a machine which helped inform my decision. The lady who served me was respectful of my budget whilst finding me a lovely mattress. Thank you!
Update as of 13.05.23: I unfortunately didn't suit the mattress that I purchased in store, so I called the customer service department to see what could be done. They told me that I had a 40 night sleep guarantee, so could exchange it for a low fee. I have been into store today and changed it for another mattress. Outstanding customer service at the Crewe brach! Thank you.
