We were replacing a mattress because old pne is 9 years old and sagging in hip area therefore not giving support needed. Wanted to replace it with same one but you no longer make it…
We were replacing a mattress from the bed we bought from you 9 years.ago. the woman at your Dalton Park shop was extra helpful explaining that you didn't do that mattress any more and giving us extra options for ones similar. I have back problems and old mattress suited me perfectly..hope new one does the same.

Benson's at Dalton Park County Durham Top Marks!
Katie at the Dalton Park outlet in County Durham was fantastic, she sold us the mattress we needed after listening to our requirements and we didn't feel (like in many stores) that it was just the mattress she wanted to sell or was targeted to sell. We were lucky she was so passionate about the science of it all too and how a mattress works rather than just trundling out the normal sales patter. We'd been putting off buying a mattress for about a year but she was so brilliant we ordered one there and then! The delivery men Sewin and Emanuel from the Southend on Sea branch were also excellent and we really valued their care and attention. Overall a great experience thanks totally to the people involved.
