The lady at the Derby branch is amazing
The (South African) lady at the Derby branch (meteor centre) was very kind and helpful. She also kept the store open an additional 15 minutes for my wife to show up and choose the mattress. She gave us a wide choice, helped us choose wisely. The best £2000 we have spent.

We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience at our store. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand your frustration. We are happy to hear you got the answers you needed from Jessica.

Great staff Great service Great Matress.
The Salesperson was very knowledgeable and she guided us around the store to just what we wanted.
I received multiple emails during the time from order to delivery.
The delivery went well with the delivery team recycling the old matress and carrying the new matress through our home to the bedroom without damaging anything.
