Very friendly polite and helpful sales team.

The shop assistant was lovely and friendly, bought 2 mattresses and chose finance option which took minutes to apply for and was very easy, the delivery arrived on time as advised, overall a very positive experience thank you bensons for beds!

All you need to do is walk in and ask for assistance. Give them a budget and they will give you your options. We were served by Nathan and he was excellent. Would definitely go back when needed!

Absolutely awful how me and my husband have been treated. Ordered a bed about a month and a half ago had it few weeks and the bed broke leaving my husband to be sleeping on a slant, went to the shop to see them and they said we needed to phone customer services so went home phoned customer services to be told we needed to go to the store as it was in store purchase so drove back to the store to see what they could do and was told in a few days they will be getting some beds in and to wait to see if they get the same bed as we have due to it been discontinued or to see if they can use another part of a bed for our bed went back a few days later and they gave us a piece that was bigger than the piece we had but they told us it would fit if not just be a few little screws to make a hole and it would fit, went home my husband got in from work looked at the piece with the bed and it didn’t fit it was to big so phoned the shop the next day to say we will have to go back down and look at another bed, after a long discussion in the shop they told us about a bed which was coming in we agreed to have that bed (which is lovely) when we was at the shop we was told by the sales reps that they would personally deliver the bed to us on Sunday 1st December at 10.30am so dismantled the bed myself as my husband is poorly, put all the bed outside to make it easier to then call at 10.40 and be told they are waiting for the delivery driver as he was in Retford on another job and wouldn’t be at the shop till after 12pm waited until 1pm to phone the shop again the be apologised to because we had not heard anything about the bed or time it was going to be delivered when I was on the phone I asked why the sales rep didn’t deliver it as promised he said because it wouldn’t fit in the van but didn’t ring us to tell us what was happening. The gentleman on the phone says the bed will be there just after tea time and he apologises for the delay, gets to 7oclock still no bed or text, managed to find the delivery guys number from last time and text them to find out the bed wasn’t going to be there u til nearly 9pm. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

My and my husband had to pay people as they was coming to help build the bed that morning, the bed didn’t come but needed to pay the people anyways as they waited around enough. The shop isn’t a 5 minute drive it’s down the motorway.

The new bed we have is lovely but customer service is not.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving good advice. The prices were reasonable and the beds purchased seem good value for money. Delivery is prompt and efficient.
