From start to finish, Iain in your Dundee branch was so helpful and patient with our son. At no point was he pushy and he was a pleasure to deal with. After over a year of searching, our son found a bed he liked and Iain answered every single question our son asked and then was given very helpful guidance on choosing a mattress without rushing him.

I did not set out to visit Bensons for Beds having identified the exact bed that suited my requirements on the Dreams Website. The visit to Dreams did NOT go well , the store was quiet , there were plenty of free staff on my arrival , none of which seemed to be interested in the new customer in their showroom. I found the bed that I had viewed online and was disappointed in the quality and the off white colour . I looked at other equally poor quality Beds before leaving having had NO interaction from Staff and decided to to try Bensons for Beds which are in the same retail park There was a good atmosphere in the showroom and I spent a few minutes looking around. After an appropriate length of time I was approached by a member of staff who asked what I was looking for and immediately guided me through the maze of Beds to the style I required. NOTHING was too much trouble Marlyn listened to my requirements and married them up to a highly suitable bed , explaining the features and benefits of both the Bed and the various mattresses on offer. The Bed was more expensive and so was the mattress but the quality was superior in every way and so was the level of Customer service. The whole buying experience was exceptional and after comparing the features to the Dreams offering I was more than happy to pay the additional £50 for a hugely better quality Bed / Mattress combination. If you want good quality , exceptional Customer Service and competitive pricing look no further than Benson for Beds.

Beds good . Delivery people not so much ... never built my bed properly. Cutting corners . Beds marked too. They came a day early but that was fine with me

This review is not about the staff at the shop, they were helpful and informative. This review is about the customer service and their avoidance tactics in owning up to selling a faulty inferior mattress. I purchased a very expensive mattress with built in topper over 2 years ago, around last year the mattress started dipping by about 2cm at each side, I weigh 90kg and my wife 60kg. Without going into a long winded story its now 3cm deep and Bensons for Beds are saying its not a manufacturing fault, I wont be buying anything from them again very bad customer service hiding behind stats and third party assessments.

Spent 2 and half hour in store pick the right bed and comfy mattress I wanted for 2 electric beds, on delivery they were the wrong mattresses, not happy at all, now have to wait another month to be given not just the mattresses I wanted but the whole beds again ? But was told on phone that the bed part will be left in van whilst mattresses are replaced ? Crazy, Paid over £3000 and really not impressed, will not recommend
