Great service and advice
We called into Bensons for Beds looking for some advice, and that's exactly what we got. Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm one of those people that doesn't like being pestered while I'm shopping and I certainly didn't feel like that.Andrew asked us questions about our sleeping habits, he put us on the computer bed then advised us on what would benefit us. We took his advice, even splashed out on two new pillows. They were delivered this week and again couldn't fault the delivery we were kept upto date on time slot, and the men were great, very careful and polite. It was definitely the right advice a lovely comfortable night's sleep. Would definitely go back if I need to purchase a new bed or mattress.

Arrived just before the allotted time, having rung me 45 minutes before. (Interesting/amusing to watch their progress on the live tracker).
Friendly crew delivered the bed to the agreed location quickly and efficiently.

Called in today for a new bed
Called in today for a new bed . Was completely overwhelmed by all the choice, had no clue what I wanted . In stepped the lovely Louise who explained how everything worked and off we went on the yellow brick road of beds.
Louise was so helpful and friendly , she talked me through all the options , I hopped on and off a few beds in the process.
So we narrowed it down and I got the perfect combo . The price was spot on and delivery/assembly arranged.
It could not have gone better , I skipped out feeling I had the best ever customer service with a lovely lady . Well done Louise you are a credit to Benson Beds and yourself. Have a lovely Xmas . 🧑🎄

Hi I just wanted to say Andrew was a real pleasure to talk to he was extremely BEDUCATED.After going to the Bishop Auckland store i nearly gave up on buying my mattress from Benson's as the other store were so rude and didn't even acknowledge me and my partner,they would rather be entertained by whatever it was on their mobile phones.So I walked in and walked straight bk out no greeting us at all.Disgraceful.
Anyway I have to say it was an absolute pleasure buying my Kingsize Mattress from the store in Team Valley in Gateshead.I would just like to say that Andrew was so informative on exactly the type of mattress I needed as I have a few health problems so was unsure which one I'd need.He pointed us in the right direction and after trying several Mattresses I walked away with my partner a very happy girlie and a super Mattress.Would definitely recommend the Team Valley Store very experienced staff.5***
