Adam was so knowledgeable. First he asked questions to find out what our needs were. That narrowed it down to 6 mattresses. Then we tried them all. We went round a few time. Adam would answer all questions and was so helpful. We can’t recommend Adam and Bensons For Beds enough.

One of the staff members asked if I needed help, I told him which type of bed that I wanted and price range & he showed me the 2 beds on display & said I will leave you to it but ask if you need any help, I like that not being pestered. I decided which one & sorted the colour too.

Martin took time to show us the full range of mattresses, beds and headboards so that we could make an informed decision. At no time did we feel pressurised to purchase.

Excellent service at Bensons for beds.
We needed a new mattress having purchased a very expensive rubbish one two years ago so we were slightly apprehensive of what we might get.
Adam the salesperson at Bensons for beds in Hastings was extremely helpful very polite and professional without being pushy, he gave us plenty of advise and allowed us plenty of time to try different mattresses and make our minds up.
We made a choice and he was very helpful going forward with the purchase, the mattress was delivered on time by a very polite and pleasant delivery team and we are now benefiting from a very good mattress thanks to Bensons for beds, with this complete experience we will definitely return to shop here next time we need a mattress, we are confident we have made an excellent choice.

Excellent Customer Service, not too pushy, actively listened to our requirements and delivered a successful experience.

We walked into an empty showroom and were greeted almost straight away. Our salesperson listened carefully to what we felt we were looking for and asked some pertinent questions before showing us a range of mattresses which we were encouraged to try. I cannot imagine that he could have been more helpful and we left the store, having ordered a bed base and mattress.

The Salesman was very helpful and concerned that I got the right product to suit my needs. Would recommend Benson's.

Thing about mattresses is that you rarely replace them. Maybe every 10 years or so.When you do, you realise you know nothing about them. I’ve passed Bensons about 100 times and never considered going in. So, nice surprise, when I do. The salesman knew everything about them. No hard sell, nice guy, just wanted to help. And yes, everything was done right, sales, notifications, delivery and yes, the mattress changed my life. So thank goodness Bensons is there when you need them.
