Bought an item but not delivered
We went in store to buy a mattress. The in-store service was excellent. The assistant (who usually works in the Doncaster store) was amazing and helped us choose the right mattress for us.
Delivery was arranged for Friday 18th Sept between 7am and 9am. After 9am we received a call saying it would not be delivered but would instead arrive on Saturday between 7am and 9am. After 9am we had heard nothing so contacted the store. They don't do deliveries on Saturdays so we had been misled. No mattress has arrived and the store staff have no way of contacting delivery drivers. Customers services and delivery services only open Mondays - Fridays. This is really poor. We will look to cancel our order and buy the mattress elsewhere.

Friendly, efficient service.
I needed a sofa bed. Everything that IKEA had was too big for my second bedroom. My partner suggested Bensons so we looked at their website. They had exactly what I needed.
We visited the Keighley store and were met by Ruby who was very friendly, helpful and efficient. In no time at all I had ordered a sofa bed and arranged delivery. I’d happily go to Bensons first next time.
