Great experience with Bensons Kidderminster.
Great experience. Very Knowledgable, no pushy sales, just really friendly which was a refreshing change in a large retail store of this nature. We were served by Mel, really good service.

Great advise and guidance in purchasing the right mattress
Great experience through advise and guidance on the variety of mattresses to ensure our comfort level was met. The Sales Advisor ( named Mel ) answered all of our questions and gave comprehensive instruction on after care.

Bed is excellent
My experience at Bensons beds, was very good, ordered a electric ottoman bed which is excellent, it was the first electric bed that the installers had put in.
But the next day in my emails, I was told that I could have had 2 new pillows, with my new bed, so I telephoned the Kidderminster store, and was told that they would get back to me the following day, weeks later I am still waiting, very poor customer service. Which is why I could only give it 3 stars.

Excellent service
Tom was so engaging and helpful. We were greeted with a smile as soon as we entered the store. His style is to support and inform your choice rather than a hard sell. We appreciate his knowledge of each product we viewed making our choices easy.
