Sealy Bronte
We purchased a Sealy Bronte mattress in medium firmness and found the whole process friendly and professional. The sales woman was helpful, talking us a through a few different options. Managed to save a couple hundred pounds in sale too. The delivery men accidentally broke our hall blind, they acknowledged this and Bensons’ customer service team phoned later that day. We got a quote from a local blind company for like for like and we were refunded the full amount on receipt of a copy of the quote. First week on the new mattress and my back and hips are feeling much better already. The missus likes it too. Superb!

Exceptional customer service from…
Exceptional customer service from Caroline and Gabriel at the Kirkcaldy store. I did speak to another lovely lady by telephone but did not remember her name. I have ordered a few things recently and would highly recommend as nothing seems to be too much for them even when the customer makes a mistake they do everything to resolve it.

Brilliant Bensons Beds
The shop was warm! On a cold evening....I was there around the back of 6 till around 7....was glad it was open till 8....that helped my decision to go.
I had just lost my wife so felt a bit vulnerable....but Charlie from the Kirkcaldy store was really good...the shop was clean plenty space plenty stock and I wasn't rushed. Pleasant experience....and I left satisfied.

From purchasing the bed in the showroom in Kirkcaldy to the delivery by Chris and Richard the service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for Chris and Richard when asking them where to put my bed. The bed frame and the mattress I purchased seems to be quality produces for a very good price and much better than their competitor on Fife Retail Park. We are very pleased with out purchase from start to finish.
