Great deal, staff could not have been more helpful and very quick delivery ( ex display mattress). Also got two pillows, king size duvet and two mattress cleaning agents with the deal.

I explained what my needs were and Martin quickly understood and was able to point me in the right direction to enable me make a choice. He was also able to give advice regarding a previous purchase and whether the guarantee had expired.

Great customer service. No pressure selling in the shop. The sales assistant was very helpful answering all our questions and giving useful advice. Communication and delivery all went smoothly and at the times quoted.

The member of staff we dealt with was very helpful, polite and patient with us as we chose a new mattress. He did not push us but gave us the time to choose. Very happy with the experience.

We walked into your Loughborough store and met Mick we had a long chat to find out our needs he wasn't a pushy guy and he suggested a mattress after a long conversation we went on to try five or six beds including the one he suggested so we had a nice experience ps we bought the mattress he suggested

The Manager in the shop at Loughborough was very helpful and I felt he went that extra mile to comply with my request regarding colours as he said he was having some new colour swatches arriving soon. One of the colours was perfect so I would like to personally thank him for his valuable assistance.

A new team member introduced himself to me. It was his 3rd day. I asked him a question for which he didn't know the answer. He apologised and explained he would need to ask the manager once he was free. The manager then came to assist. The new team member was clearly taking in the information as much as I was. Due to time I had to leave and return another day. This time it was Jeanette who assisted me. She was very thorough. When I explained the need to defer the delivery date she spent time to find a suitable option.
All 3 committed to selling me the right product for me.

Very easy to talk to and listen to what I was after

We brought our lady bed from here a few years back and found the staff very helpful, and they went out of their way to ensure we had what we wanted within our budget. We also took out the additional insurance against accidental damage and it's a good job we did. Due to an unforeseen incident the mattress and base were damaged, and although it took a couple of weeks for the visit they quickly sorted out the insurance claim for the full purchase price.

Soooooo we went back to bensons today and again the staff were amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and again did quad they could to ensure we got what we want and it was right for us.

Don't get me wrong or bed wasn't cheap but you do get what you Pay for and we're very happy.

Big thank you to all the staff at Loughborough branch and also for entertaining my kids while we looked around which I'm sure it's not a service they normally offer but it was an amazing help thank you so much!

We have tried other stores in the past, only to get pushy sales people trying to get us to buy any old bed as long as they get their commission, so if you want a refreshing change where the staff care about what you want, get to bensons! :)

not hassled when we were looking around, but there to help when we wanted information.

Right from the walk in off the road , I was greeted with a smile and hie can I help .
Led me towards Lee the Boss , who again was very friendly, genuine and was shown a range of mattresses and was asked to try them out and pick the right one for me.
Chose the one I wanted and was taken through the process . Ended up getting Pillows and duvet too.

A real pleasure and an excellent experience .

No pushy salesmen or on your back .

100% recommended and would nit hesitate in referring any of my friends
