Dealing with Darryl about purchasing new mattress was a pleasure ,he was very professional and comfortable to deal with, pleasant experience, likewise delivering was good ,keep updated on on times of arrival, the 2 guys we're efficient, tidy ,pleasant, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bensons and the store dealt with, Ed Burke.

The delivery team damaged my house
The delivery team damaged my house, refused to unpackage the mattress or remove the packaging despite paying for recycling as park of the service. Never again!

We required a refund
We required a refund from our order as we changed the requirements regarding the disposal of our old bed.
The Macclesfield store established our request with the customer service office. The office called me back and processed the request the next working day.

Brilliant Service
Great customer service and definitely no hard sales the store assistant managed to provide us a high quality bed & mattress and was fantastic he gave us chance to look around the store without following us and gave us expert advice on the best quality bed frames and mattress we had a budget and he smashed it, and found us both items with a massive saving, can’t thank him enough would highly recommend all day long

Go to Bensons for competent + no pressure selling.
Daryl was super efficient, courteous and empathetic. He was dealing with 2 customers at the same time and did us both proud with his knowledge and expertise in answering all my questions. I could not fault him. Ordered 2 mattresses without feeling pressurised. Delivery due as requested 17/10/25. Had a similar experience in 2023 when I purchased 3 bed storage ottomans.
