Ours customer service agent Shannon was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, helping us to select the best bed frame for us given our quite selective requirements. Also we felt no pressure to purchase and indeed didn’t until our second visit and felt just as welcome that time too.

This is the second time I’ve been in in the space of about a year and I met Shannon the first time and again this time round. She is really lovely and relatable … and very helpful going above and behind to assist my indecisive self!! She has only just returned to her role at bensons so her colleague was also helping as more up to speed … I can’t remember his name but he loves mountain bikes and both of them made me feel like their only customer of the day and went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Nearly persuaded me to get the TV bed too other than the dimensions weren’t right! Can’t wait to receive my new bed thanks again guys!

I was approached on entering, and greeted and asked if I wanted any help. I was wary as I don’t like pushy sales people but I was so wrong. The staff member was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and showed me exactly what I was looking for.
Shannon took time to explain the advantages, warranties etc of the sealy mattress and then guided us in choosing a bed frame and headboard.
What a star. So engaging and helpful.

I’m very happy with my mattress purchase from Benson for Beds. The online ordering process was simple and convenient – the website offers a wide range of options and it’s great to be able to read real customer reviews before making a decision.
Before ordering, I visited the store to try out different mattresses and find the one that felt right for me. Afterwards, I went back to the website, read through the reviews, and placed my order online with confidence.
The combination of trying the mattress in-store and the ease of ordering online made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. I would definitely recommend Benson for Beds for their excellent service and great choice.

The member of staff took time to listen to me about what I needed, showed me options then arranged for me to bring my partner (wheelchair user) in to try them. He spent ages with us, making sure we could access what we needed, swapped mattresses and bases for us to get us the right one. Made us feel really valued.

2nd delivery attempt after they missed the first one, on a day I advised was unsuitable but they still put me on the list for a delivery and they arrived at 10.30pm to install two bookcases in a child’s bedroom with no shelves or fittings. 6 days later and still no contact from them to advise when the shelves will be with us and the cases finally assembled.

Smooth transaction from start to finish. We knew what type of bed we were looking for, the staff member explained the differences between the beds and mattress and the different options. She was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience so easy. She is a credit to the company

From walking into the Elk Mill store my wife and I were greeted by Colin who asked us what we were interested in. We explained our 'wishlist' and he invited us to get a pillow and then directed us to the parts of the store that were displaying what might answer our needs. He also answered a few questions that slightly altered our perception of what we were looking for. Colin left us to try various mattresses but was always on hand to advise. We went into the store with the mindset that we were looking for a 'hybrid' mattress but, after testing several, we were eventually attracted to another Staples Artisan example (we currently have a Staples bought 8 years ago from Bensons). In summary Coilin was a real helping hand who made us feel relaxed (no pressure!!) and after we decided which model was right for us he went on to exolain the finance options available to us.
As mentioned above, we have previously shopped at Bensons and this latest experience demonstrated the ongoing commitment to Customer Care and Satisfaction that Bensons continues to maintain.
