Very good service from clearly experienced and professional member of staff. Nothing rushed and salesperson (Phillip) explored every possibility for us.

Firstly the service of the lady (Victoria) was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble.
When I phoned up to make an enquiry about the height of the bed the gentleman, that I spoke to was of the same quality he did not hesitate to measure the height and he was as pleasant as Victoria, nothing was too much trouble. I will shop there again.Thank you both for your assistance.

Friendly and helpful staff

Drive round trip of 96 miles to store. Ordered bed , base, pillows , quilt. Totalling over £1600. Arranged delivery for two weeks after ordering date. Told delivery can't go ahead as warehouse doesnt have the quilt. We ere informed the shop we ordered from had the quilt but we would have to drive a collect it. We asked for it be posted to us as it's a 90 odd mile round trip and they refused. Very customer service and still waiting for bed month later. Can't cancel as we were told we would lose deposit.
Utter and total joke of a company.

Best avoid them altogether and buy elsewhere.

Customer Service support was amazing as we needed to exchange our mattress under the 40 day guarantee. The Plymouth Store accommodated that brilliantly, shout out to Shaun who helped over the phone, Vicky in store who was fabulous offering pillows and duvet to make up the balance difference, and to Store Manager Gavin who was also helpful, informative and approachable! Well done Bensons for Beds PLYMOUTH STORE!!

Good knowledgable advisor who understood our needs and thought he had stock in the back ( which he did). Gave us a good discount too!

The sales assistant was knowledgeable and very helpful without being pushy.
We looked around three or four stores but Bensons for us seem to have the best choices.
