Staff were really friendly and helpful in the shop, and the guys delivering mattress were very quick with taking our old one and bringing in the new one, very happy with the new mattress :)

Very helpful staff member Leigh helped me find exactly what I wanted, especially with regard to mattress selection. It was a seamless process from looking at the bed and mattress, to ordering and arranging delivery.
I would certainly use the store again for any future purchases.

I'd had my current mattress for 10 years and wasn't sure whether to change it or not. We went into the Bensons store in Branksome just to take a look and got talking to the assistant Ruben. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful all round to the point that he ended up convincing me to buy this mattress.

The mattress was probably a bit more expensive than I had originally planned to buy but it did come with a £500 discount which sealed the deal. Purchase and delivery all went smoothly and on time as scheduled.

So far the mattress has been very comfy and much better than the old one. Sleep has been better and so has my back as a result. Would recommend both the mattress and the Bensons service to others.

Great experience end to end, shop staff were super friendly and really helped us to get the best deal, and then the delivery team we’re fantastic, friendly, efficient, and just really helpful and pleasant.

From the moment we stepped in store, to the moment our bed was delivered, the whole process was fantastic.
I hate being hounded by sales assistants when browsing, but the chap that worked with us was wonderful. He stepped back when I made it clear this was looking only, then politely suggested something for the future should we change our mind.
When it came to insurance, our bed was at the lower end and he admitted it probably wasn't needed due to the initial cost.
We were updated on order progress by emails and delivery was fantastic. They confirmed the day before, and the day of we were given a tighter time window.
When the delivery guys came in they were polite friendly, and took their shoes off as they immediately came through the door, they didn't even check if we were a shoes off house.
They delivered directly to our bedroom, navigating the very tight stairwell.

Very attentive and informative salesman who listened to my requirements and took into account a very limited budget before showing me the product he considered most suitable but then also demonstrated a less expensive alternative.

John and the staff were really friendly and accommodating.

The help that we recieved was first class. Paul the Assistant was so helpful guiding us through the options and making sure that were happy with our final decision. This was our first time with Bensons but we would definately use them again.
